TLDR: This fan is very nice for cooling yourself off, if you naturally sweat. It is not an AC so yes, it will blow hot air but if you’re sweating and in a place where there is no ventilation, moving air feels better than no moving air at all. The fan can be bulky, but its power, and battery at lower levels makes this fan hit all the marks as a cheap and easy to use portable fan. Full review: I'm a chef who lives in Arizona and as the summer has rolled around it has become increasingly more difficult to keep myself cool in a hot kitchen while it’s also very hot outside. The temperatures in my workplace can exceed 100°F and can leave you absolutely drenched in sweat. I haven’t gone about trying other personal portable fans, but this one for its price is quite nice. First off, despite the fan being quite small, its four modes are quite enough to blow a substantial amount of air. I’ve found that this fan does quite well if you’re the type to sweat a lot, which can easily evaporate your sweat and leave you far cooler than expected. The battery lasts just fine, and I haven’t really found many times where I’ve had to stop and charge it unless I’m running it on max for an extended period of time. However the fan does take a bit of time to charge, around 20-30 mins from what I’ve seen. It isn’t too bad if you charge it before going out. Though the upside is that it can be charged and used at the same time- so if you have the ability to set it up on a desk or table while it charges and still get air it works just fine. Power wise, it isn’t going to blow your hair back like it’s some type of dyson hair drier, but if attached to the collar of a shirt pointed at your face, or the base of the pants directed up the back it will give plenty of air to cool you off. You will have to be careful with positioning since the fan draws air in from the bottom and vents it out through the top, so if clothing blocks the bottom intake, you won’t get any airflow. That can easily be solved by clipping the fan on an area away from loose clothing, or bundling up the clothing so it doesn’t cover the intake. You can’t expect the air to hit your face from your waist- that’s crazy. Noise wise, on the first two levels they aren’t too loud. Though the third and fourth levels can be a little noisy, but doesn’t bother me as the sound gets drowned out in a busy kitchen. The sound on max is about as loud as hearing a vacuum in another room. It’s a noticeable hum, but not nearly as loud as other reviews say. Lastly, for comfort the fan isn’t too bad at all. It is a bit bulky and the clips to attach to clothing aren’t the best. The fan works best when pointed DIRECTLY at what you want to cool, and at times moving around can shift the fan away from its desired position. I also wouldn’t recommend using the outer clip as it doesn’t hold strong enough to clip onto thin material and does better clipping onto a thicker more grippy material like leather.At the moment I’m working on developing a stabilizer and attachments for the fan to upload for others to be able to 3D print.

Awesome product! This was my Dads Christmas gift and I know he’ll get a great use out of it. Constantly outside and working on his bike or boat, he’ll be sure to stay cool for hours on end.

literally awesome, over the summer I worked for a summer camp program, bought the fan 2 days before training (purchased june 30) used it damn near 4/5 hours a day for about 4-5 weeks, even brought it on my cruise, used it for a face painting gig a month after. clipped on my shirt perfectly, small but mighty, 4 speeds, oh and it’s february and i’m using ut to dry my face mask as i type this and guess what.. I HAVENT HAD TO CHARGE IT ONCE, the battery lasts forever. I think it’s on its last bar now, not bad for about a month and a half worth of usage

This portable fan really exceeded my expectations. The airflow is surprisingly strong—especially on the higher speed settings. It pushes out a lot of air for such a compact design. Whether worn on the waist or around the neck, it keeps me cool even in direct sun or while working outdoors. The hands-free design is incredibly convenient. I’ve used it while camping, walking the dog, and even during yard work. The fan clips securely to a belt or waistband and doesn’t feel heavy or get in the way. It also comes with a neck strap for flexibility. Battery life is excellent. I’ve used it on and off throughout the day and it easily lasted 20+ hours on a lower speed. Having four speed settings makes it easy to adjust based on the heat or activity. This is a great option for anyone working outdoors, at job sites, or just needing relief from summer heat. It’s lightweight, reliable, and delivers serious airflow. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a present for my wife. She loves using this when she’s out and about and it does a great job of cooling her off. We’ve taken it on trips as well, and it worked great. I’d highly recommend it

The product is alright. I mean it's a plastic clip-on waist fan. I do wish there was one more (higher) fan setting. The top fan speed setting if fine but if it went a notch higher it would be an awesome product. This fan blowing cool air up your shirt while working outside is a game changer. It takes a blistering hot summer day where you'd constantly be sweating and almost makes it feel like a hotter "beginning of spring" day. For that, it's awesome, but I want it blowing air up my back/spine, that's the real focal point to lower body temperature. Much like how electric heated wet suits have heating elements along the spine, you want to control the temperature of your central nervous system and the rest of you will feel fine. But, when I clip this around my back belt loop, although the device doesn't fall off my waist, the shirt clip has no tensioning. It's a plastic molded clip with sub-par tension. So whenever I have to bend over to pick something up my shirt slips out and I have to re-clip it nonstop. I just started duct taping my shirt to the device because it's so annoying. Oppositely, if I wear a bigger shirt, it still pops out and the overhanging fabric gets sucked to the bottom of it, muffling the fan until re-adjustment. I suppose I'm just going to start wearing it on my hip or frontside but the device is too bulky on those areas when working. I'll knock it off my hip nonstop. This product is a new idea but an absolute game-changer. I can't wait for further iterations of it down the line.
