2 weeks using thoughtsAfter using this posture corrector for almost two weeks, I've got some thoughts to share. Truth be told, I've never used a posture corrector for women and men before, so putting it on for the first time wasn't exactly a breeze. I carefully read the instructions twice and managed to get it on by myself. The first step is crucial—you gotta lay out the brace, then attach the shoulder straps to the upper part of the waistband, and the waistband straps to the lower part. But after that initial learning curve, wearing it every day feels as easy and natural as putting on a jacket.

This back brace seems very well-constructed and all the materials seem high-quality; however, I found that, although it provided good posture support in the *middle* of my back, it did nothing to pull my shoulders back or prevent me from slouching.It’s a little tricky to get the brace on (the straps seem to go every which direction), but once you have it on, it is as comfortable as this type of device can be. The issue for me was, regardless of how much I tightened the belt, all the device did was add some (welcome) support to the middle of my back; it had no noticeable impact on my shoulder position. I tried moving the belt up and down, but the shoulder straps remained relatively loose on my shoulders.The rigid stays in the back are very strong and remind you to keep your middle back straight.This is clearly a quality-made product; the question is whether it will fit your back properly to impact your posture. Given the quality, the price ($44 - 10% coupon = $39.60 at time of order) seems reasonable assuming it provides the type of support you need.4 stars.

So i am a life-long sloucher, with chronic back pain - I know they go hand-in-hand, but it's been hard for me to improve my posture on my own.This brace has been wonderful for me! It was easier than it looked to put on (much like putting on a backpack), the waist adjustment was easy, and it took just a little time to get the shoulder straps adjusted to fit snug, but not too tight. It has been very comfortable to wear, and the tension in my back seems to have disappeared! I am really happy about that - it's a big change for me to feel this good!This is a very well-made brace, all the velcro and attachments are securely in place. It's not too bulky, so not noticeable under clothes, but adjustable enough to wear it over clothes if you want to do that.I am amazed at what a wonderful difference this has made for me!!

I've been thinking to try such for a while. Good posture makes a whole difference in the presence of a person and while sitting a lot, most of us tend to hunch. It's easy to put on and very adjustable. It feels like it's made of good quality products, smooth velcro, sturdy straps, precise stitches, etc. As it says in the instructions (well written such) posture takes time to deform, so correction would also take time. You can't expect quick mirracles, but this seem like the right tool to improve it over time. The only place I feel discomfort is the area around my armpits, where the straps pass, but not a deal breaker.

I have only tried two back braces twice prior to receiving this one. None of the previous ones helped. They usually help for about 5 mins and then they start to hurt wearing them. To be fair, I use to buy the cheaper ones.However, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this one. I had it on for hours. It is really comfortable. Actually helps with my posture. Other back braces I’ve tried would pull on my armpit area and leave marks. This does not do that. Don’t get me wrong, a few hours in it will irritate my under arms a tiny bit but that’s usually if I’m resisting. It’s such a minor pinch that I don’t mind. You have the option of also just loosening the straps so that’s easily solved. I originally got this for my mother but after trying it on, I want one for myself. There are so many adjustable options, removable padding on the spine.Honestly, well worth the price. It is so comfortable, I would wear it all day. Perfect for office workers and seniors.
