Great purchase!
This is a great medium weight ladder for light home use. It folds so flat and is easily stored. The top edge makes it easy to hang from a wall hook.

ok for Lightweight work / people
Ok as a lightweight ladder. I liked the size of the steps -- instead of just rail steps. I did wish it had a safety lock to secure it when it is open -- and to release to close the ladder. For this job, I did not need a tray at top But would like a similar ladder with even a narrow tray at top to hold tool, hooks, etc. when at the top of the ladder.

NOT tall enough to safely work on 12 ft. ceilings in my opinion.
I think that If you are going to use both hands while working overhead and standing on a ladder you need to be leaning forward against the ladder so the your center of gravity is 8-12 inches beyond your toes. This ladder doesn’t come close to allowing that. If you are going to hold onto the ladder with one hand and reach up with the other, maybe you could do a screw in light bulb on a 10 ft but changing out a smoke alarm might be very difficult.
