I have always had issues with wax build up & clogging in my ears. I changed the way I clean my ears & through the use of this product, my ears don't clog anymore! Very easy to use & has a safety feature that won't allow for the temp of the water to be too hot or cold. It will only work if the water is 70°F.

This device was super easy to use, and frankly, life-changing. I’ve had clogged ears for ages, and last week my hearing got so bad that my wife accused me of trying to shatter the TV speakers. I wasn’t. I was just partially deaf. This thing shot three streams of water into my ear and expelled a prehistoric chunk of wax that looked like it had been living in there since the Reagan administration. The relief was immediate. If your ears are clogged like mine were, prepare to be amazed—and possibly horrified. Worth every penny.

The KAUGIC Upgraded Ear Wax Removal Kit is a well-made, convenient device with some great features. I really like the rechargeable battery, which makes it easy to use anywhere without constantly changing batteries. The built-in water temperature sensor is a smart safety feature—it ensures the water is always at a comfortable temperature. Plus, the fact that it’s FSA/HSA eligible is a nice bonus. One thing to note: it works much better if you use an ear wax softener before cleaning. I didn’t get much wax or dead skin out using just the device alone, but after softening the wax for a day or two, it worked much more effectively. My only real complaint is the instructions—they weren’t very clear and could definitely be improved. I had to figure out how to use it through trial and error. Overall, it’s a solid product that does the job well with a little prep. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for an at-home ear cleaning system.

Hey Amazon Fam, My wife and stepson always have inner ear issues. We are tired of the manual ear cleaning device that always seems to take 2 people to use. This is an excellent upgrade, and might just be perfect. I haven't had it for long, so I can't testify to that but I will give you the high points of this (I found no low points at all) and then a few tips: 1. Extremely easy to use. I will not have to help my wife or my kid use this, huge plus for me. 2. It looks nice enough to leave out on the vanity (not a huge deal, but the old clear tank style one was ugly and kind of gross, since this one needs to be charged, I like that it looks nice sitting there). 3. This is huge - It has a temp gauge! If the water is too cold, the light is blue, if its too hot, its red. If its just right, it's green. Again, I wanted something easy that one person who isn't techy can just use when they need to, like electric toothbrush. 4. No mess at all. In the picture, I am posing with it (so you can see how it fits against the side of my head). In real use, tilting your head (device pointing up into your ear), and leaning over the sink or bath tub will suffice, but it doesn't have water running down all over, because it drains back into itself. Might hold a dry washcloth for spillage, but its tiny. 5. Very easy to read instructions, comes with cotton swabs and replacement tips. The installed tip and the replacements are re useable, but it is nice that each family member can have their own to re use. Tips: I watched a person on YouTube use this same thing, and watching "Do you want one reviews" mad me confident that I was doing this right. Just in case - if you want to be safe, and why wouldn't you - it might be good to keep swimmers drops or some other solution on hand in case you accidental flood your ear - doubtful, but anything is possible and I am just a boy scout "be prepared" type of person. If something concerning happens I will revisit this review, but this really is a nice product akin to a name brand device that I would expect to purchase from a Drug store.

Works and so easy. Relief ears cleaned and can hear better.

It feels good on the ear. The temperature protection is a good idea. This unit dose not reach all the way into my ear cana like I would have liked. All in all this is a good tool to have around the house.

This product has done what may others he tried can’t. Not even debrox has anything on this. I can finally hear again, and I’m so glad for it. It’s been so long since I could hear out of both ears, and thanks to this ear cleaner, I can. My sister was trying to help me find one that would work, so she looked at the reviews on this one. They seemed promising so I bought it the moment I got paid. Thankfully, it arrived quickly. I immediately used it and had immediate results. If your ears over produce earwax like mine, get this. It WILL help. But you do need to soften the earwax with peroxide. Other than that, it’s amazing!

Really works well great if going snorkelling or diving to keep ears clean rather than get infection on holidays

It's good and works well

It’s a cheaply made product that doesn’t really work. All it is a water floss for your ear that’s more annoying than washing your ear normally.
