I really love how clean my hair is after I use this set. It feels thicker after about a week of use, too. I've also noticed they don't seem to strip all the oils out of my hair like other shampoos do. Love it. The lather is great, especially when paired with the Kitsch soap bag, which also helps maintain the integrity of the bars. My hair is shiny, soft, and healthy. What more can you ask for?

I was doubtful because the look of soap to wash our hair ladies? Scary!! Hard to believe but after trying this after the first time I completely felt a difference in my hair. Softer, more volume, not greasy like you could fry an egg on your hair after 2 days of not washing because I’m not a daily hair washer. I don’t write many reviews unless I have tried and personally experienced a difference in a product’s delivery. The package may scare us because we’re not used to the look but take a chance on this one. You may be as surprised as I am.

Purchased the castor oil shampoo and conditioner bars about a month ago and have used it since. I love it! I found the shampoo bar to suds up nicely and do a thorough job getting my bob length hair clean. The conditioner bar is also very good at doing its job and the result is soft, basically frizz free hair. I find i use less conditioner bar to achieve the perfect results—may last longer than the shampoo bar. I plan on repurchasing these when they do get used up. Will also purchase for my daughter for Christmas! The smell is light and does not last on my hair. I do not store them/keep them in the shower as i am afraid they may melt in the water. I purchased a water absorbing soap tray to keep them on and moved them onto the counter to fully dry between showers.

Love Kitch shampoo and conditioner bars! Smells good and makes my hair feel good. Only thing I don’t love it how quickly the conditioner bar runs out. Shampoo bar seems like it can out last two conditioner bars. I know I have longer hair but I wish it would last a little longer. Overall love the product, worth the money.

Perfect on my bleached hair. Cleans well and allows for easy styling. No worries skipping shampoo days without filmy weighed down hair. Tried other Kitsch shamp/cond versions but this one has worked best. Given as gifts and get positive feedback short and long hair.

I have always been skeptical about bar shampoo & conditioner. Now I wonder what took me so long!!! The lather in the shampoo is perfect. The conditioner untangles and smooths my hair. I love the way my hair feels and smells. My wiry grays are smoothed out and blend better with the rest of my hair. The product doesn’t seem to mind my hard water. It even leaves my entire bathroom smelling nice for days without being too strong. I love that there are no plastic bottles both for the environment and for my wallet. I am simply paying for an amazing product. Shaping the shampoo in as S and conditioner as a C is ingenious and I just stand them up like that in my shower; so easy. After I finish this review I am about to see the other versions of this product! I can’t imagine ever going back to bottle shampoo & conditioner again! For hair reference I am in my 50s with some gray & highlights. I have a dense head of long brown hair that is wavy and thin.

Works well on hair, takes a bit of time to get a good lather.
