This has been a useful supplement for me. Trusted brand, not the cheapest option but seems to be worth it to me. With how many junk supplements are out there, it's important to have something where you can actually trust the caps to have the right ingredients inside. And important to trust that it uses good manufacturing processes to avoid contamination and metals. Arrived sealed in the package with good safety seals on the jar. Capsules were all intact inside, no breakage or loose powder floating around the jar. The capsules were odorless and tasteless and were easy to swallow. Plenty of time left on the expiration date. Had enough info available on the manufacturer for me to trust it. Seems like a good option for this supplement. I've found this to be a useful supplement myself, but definitely consult with your doctor. I'd also recommend to make sure you're taking it consistently for weeks or more before you can truly judge if there's benefit to you. Don't expect to just take it a couple times and get it to do anything for you.

I’ve been taking these glutathione capsules for a few weeks and haven’t noticed any significant changes. My energy levels might feel a bit more stable, but it’s hard to say for sure. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that they’re third-party tested and non-GMO, which is reassuring. While they seem like a quality product, the effects haven’t yet been significant enough for me to feel strongly about them.

I never knew how important oxidation and respiration were to energy levels til my doctor was going over ways to help improve overall levels of energy. I've been trying to cut down on caffiene and looking into other supplements as I already use them for other overall health. I can honestly say that I've noticed an increase, or should I say decrease in feeling fatigued. It's a bit on the pricey side, but when I look at how much I spend on caffiene products, it's worth it.

I had it prescribed by my dentist when I had mercury fillings removed and OMG, I hated it! Now I am not promoting glutathione for that purpose (or my review won't get posted), I am merely sharing MY OWN EXPERIENCE. That said, these capsules DO NOT SMELL! They are small, easy to take, made at a GMP facility in the USA, suitable for Vegans and made by a company I trust. I have used several supplements by RENUE, and they were all great quality!

No,no,no ! While glutathione is an important antioxidant, you get a lot from your diet. It’s also very hard to absorb and the liposomal version is only slightly better absorbed than the regular version. This bottle is only 1/3 full, again begging the question why we need so much unnecessary plastic in the world. And at 130mg, it’s a lower dose that other liposomal brands. This is way overpriced and a simple search will find you equal or better doses for less. There’s nothing I see that makes this a better product than a Liposomal Glutathione product at half the price. It may be well made but a look at their Amazon store page shows everything they sell is overpriced. If you’re determined to take glutathione, shop around. If you take as many supplements as me, you have to be cost conscious.

First of all these have no foul odor, are tasteless, and easy to swallow in my opinion. I always prefer the liposomal delivery of supplements as it increases the bioavailability of the active ingredients. It just seems like I can tell when other supplements are going in and then straight out of my system without doing anything. After looking up the Renue Science website I do feel like they have very high standards for their supplements. They go through 3rd party testing on all their protects to test for things like heavy metals which of course I appreciate. I’m always looking for ways to improve my overall health and I feel like these are helping so far.
