It had no type of bottom, just bag like in structure. The opening seemed to me too wide, wider than the top. Wearing was somewhat awkward. I have a 5lb chihuahua and she kept falling/tipping out of it. If my dog was a little bigger and would lay down inside it might have worked better.

I have a 5 lb. 12 year old baby Boo who needs a lot of holding and carrying and in cold weather just to stay warm. She's such a blessing. I have used a scarf I knotted all these years. It's not very comfortable, but it got the job done. Last year I bought a sling from Amazon. It said it would fit her, but was enormous in every way and got returned. This Prime Day I bought two slings from different vendors on lightening deals. The other is quite unpleasant and is going back, but this one, oh how I (and Boo) LOVE this one! I got the black option and the fabric is DREAMY soft and I expect her fur to brush off easily. There are darts that make it very roomy for her to be in any position she wants, but in no way too large. There is also an ample place for my phone and driver's license that securely zips closed! Awesome! She's happily sleeping in the sling as I type. Don't hesitate, you will love this!UPDATE: We have had this treasure almost two years now and it has been used almost daily and often for most of the day. It is still something I thank God for. It is WONDERFUL! It launders well too and is still so soft. The only less than perfect issue is the phone pouch. I have an iPhone6 and though it fits in great, but the zipper made it a bit difficult to remove. About half a year ago the zipper tore out. It was nice to be able to zip it closed for rain and just to be sure it didn't fall out when bending over, but I still use it just fine. I love this sling and so does my Baby Boo! I'm so very grateful for it. I would recommend EVERYONE with a little fur baby to buy one. Thank you so much for this product!!!!

Very soft and comfortable to wear. Size is great for kittens, but appears big enough for larger cats too. I just wish it had a snap or button to better hold in the cat. It's a very large opening for tiny sleepy kittens.

Good quality bag but the strap was too long so my dog hung low. She's 9# and just fit the bag.

Just adopted a 13lb, deaf and blind sr dog. She has a lot of health issues and we will be going to the vet a lot. I’m from NYC/NJ and I was a little afraid this wouldn’t count as a carrier but I am let onto the busses no problem. I like the idea of her being close to me and having my scent close by on long trips as opposed to having her in a carrier and confused.The material is thick and beautiful. I am not afraid of tears or even wear. Very good quality.My ONLY complaint is that the strap is too long and my old pup was bouncing around on my thighs as I walked. I tried putting her at my hip but that was so awkward with the curvature of her back. She even tried to stand up in the carrier because that was too uncomfortable. A good place for her to rest on my body as I walk would be at the torso.I will have to figure out how to shorten the strap as I really like the bag and don’t find it worthwhile to get another just for the strap.

My baby loves it! I couldn’t get her out! I had to sit down and lay her in and then once I stood up with her in it she felt very calm and comfortable! She purred as I walked around sticking her head out and looking around! It’s not for all cats however! I attempted to try on my other cat and he freaked out! So it depends on the cat and their personality! As you know cats are very picky and have their own likes and dislikes! So don’t blame company if your cat won’t take to it! But if your cat does, it’s great! Also, this sling is not for larger people! I used to be quite big but lost weight! The strap does not adjust and even though I’m now a lot smaller I found it quite snug! And tad uncomfortable for me! I’m 130lbs 5’4 so keep this in mind alsoBut overall I say it was a good product

I would have given 5 stars but the first thing I noticed when I opened the package was an unfortunate hole in the fabric of the pocket (as seen in first two photos) So basically with some time and use, this hole will become larger and I won’t be able to use the pocket feature- which I need to safely store my wallet and cell phone. I’m hoping the seller works with me to resolve this issue!Other than that, my Chihuahua Eva and I love it. The fabric is very soft and cozy, she is extremely content in this bag (I put her in for us to try out and do photos, here it is an hour later and she’s still inside with no plans to get out lol) So it’s pretty much perfect for both of us, I find it more comfortable to wear than others I’ve tried and I also love that it’s reversible so there’s two fashion options. So overall it’s a beautiful bag and very comfortable for both of us- we love it! I’m just really disappointed about the hole situation as I spent $33 total and we both really need this bag to use right away so unsure on what to do.Anyway, if anyone is unsure if your puppy will fit into it- as you can see in my photos, Eva fits perfectly in the bag (she likes having her paws out like this anyway lol) but she is a 7lb Chihuahua and her back length is 11 inches. If your little one is bigger or longer than she is, they may not fit comfortably or safely. Now the fabric seems like it could stretch a bit with use to accommodate a dog slightly bigger than Eva. So I hope that helps:)
