Easy to install, hold the weight of my three bikes without issues

I hung this over my car to save floor space and not interfere with any of the walking area. Was easy to install although I sort of wish the rails were a little longer so they had a little more flexibility where they mount - I wish the mounting brackets were a bit further apart in my installation as the leverage of a bike mounted on the far end of an unsupported rail does increase the force into the mounting bracket. This is a complete non-issue if you might the rails parallel to your joists as you can hang the brackets at the very end, or make sure there's an equal length off each end. Assuming evenly mounted hanging hooks you'd want 1/4 of the rail off the edge of each bracket and 1/2 the rail in between the brackets. This will evenly distribute the force into both brackets. I wanted to mount it that way but couldnt due to some ceiling mounted crap in the garage.Make sure to follow the instructions and pre-drill 3/16". What I did is I located a stud/joist, predrilled one hole, installed one bracket with one bolt mostly snug but to where it could still rotate. Then I hung the rail and got it straight, then found the stud at the next mounting location and mounted the bracket to the rail to find the exact location to drill the next hole. Once one bolt at each bracket was installed I pre-drilled the last two holes then tightened everything. Once one rail is in place, measure your bike(s) - you ideally want the distance to be the distance from the top of the front rim to the top of the rear rim. You can add a little length here to pull the bike nearer the ceiling but I would only do this if you need just a couple inches to be able to walk under it. Measure that distance from the first rail and repeat the process, one bracket at a time, make sure it's straight then install the second bracket and then fully bolt everything down.Overall really happy with it. Build quality seems good and it appears to be very good value for the money. I like that the hanging hooks are rubber coated for slip resistance and rim protection.

For the price this is a great product. The short installation video is nice but lacks in details. There are x4 square blocks that attach the long beams to the wall/ceiling and they are not all the same. It makes a difference where you place them. Overall though it was pretty easy to install with a good stud finder and drill. Took about an hour. I have x3 bicycles of varying size hanging from my ceiling now. The arms that hold the tires adjust so you can hang a kid or adult bike on the same rack. I would purchase this again.

Great addition to make space in tbe garage. Remember you need a ladder/stool to reach the ceiling.

Absolutely does the job! Was challenging to put together just in the sense that my husband isn't a natural Mr Fix it man and needs time and some effort to put things like this together BUT totally do-able. Our adult and kid bikes are hanging wonderfully from this product. Would highly recommend.

It is fairly easy to install if you know what you’re doing.

It works, but it would be nice if the hook stems were 3 inches short, I always have to duck under the hanging bikes.
