Great quality, good value and easy setup
I purchased this pressure washer after going through several electric washers for use around the house that seemed to fail after about 2 seasons of pretty infrequent use. Fired it up today, works great, lots of pressure and it draws cleaning detergent from the soap tank very easily (a problem with other washers I have owned, with very small diameter transfer lines). The engine and pump are easily accessible for maintenance and operation in the coming years, and the manuals supplied with the washer are very clear in describing how to maintain oil, gas, spark plugs and even valve clearance (.... and no more extension cords to trip over!)

Beware of water hose angle!
Purchased in 2023 but it sat in the box in my garage until today, 2 1/2 years later. If you read anything, read the next paragraph about the hot part and the water hose...it's a big deal but avoidable if you are aware of it. Super easy to put together! And it works great. I only got to use it for about 6 minutes though because I am not used to things on the pressure washing being so incredibly hot that it will melt a hole right through the water hose. Now, to be fair, there is a little outline on that hot part that shows heat and a hand. It's not a part of the machine I had to do anything with so I didn't pay attention to it. And you can see in the pics where my water hose was rubbing against it. Crazy hot apparently. Luckily I can buy a new hose and try again. Took off one star for not making the hot part more clear in the instructions - would have been helpful to have a warning to the part where you're attaching the water hose or better yet, have the water hose angled to the opposite side to avoid this potential. Apparently this is a pretty common problem. Beware of the hot part. Otherwise, it's a great power washer so far! You'll need gas but it comes with oil for the first use, along with a handy nozzle cap for filling, which I found very helpful. It will take almost the whole container of oil but not quite so be patient filling. Cord lengths for me are great. Noise level - it's like a lawn mower probably. I was wearing headphones listening to music so it wasn't a big deal. Very easy to move around.

Works Great - Read for a few recommendations
Our old power washer gave out and we wanted a new one so I set out to research the best options. I quickly decided I didn't want an electric or battery power washer due to lower performance/power. I wanted one with PSI in the 2700-3400 range based on the jobs we would use it for (deck, fence, sidewalk, driveway, house and maybe cars). After researching it came down to a 2700psi or 3200psi Westinghouse or a Sampson power washer. Consumer Guides led me to the Sampson options as they raved about their quality, build level, durability and performance. The price was a little higher, but I wanted something I could rely on for years. However, as I read customer reviews I was surprised at how many 1 star reviews there was for the Sampson model I was considering. Plus, the bad reviews were almost all consistent with a terrible Kohler engine and a pump that fell apart too soon. I know all products will have 1 star reviews (this Westinghouse did as well), but 8% 1 star reviews on the Sampson with every complaint pointing to the same two key parts (engine and pump), plus horrible customer service reviews when people tried to get a brand new or nearly new unit repaired were just more than I was willing to deal with. So, I chose the Westinghouse since the 1 star reviews were only about 2% and the 4 and 5 star reviews were much higher. I did find that some people complained about the unit coming broken and not being able to return it to Amazon. However, Amazon was very clear that while you can't return the item you can get a refund or replacement if it comes broken. Some reviews had a broken/cracked gas tank or other shipping issues so I quickly decided that was not a worry for me and that I would pout it together and inspect it right away to make sure it didn't arrive broken or defective. It didn't and the assembly was quite easy with set up instructions and the parts each in their own bag that was labeled so you knew what bag/item to involve according to the instructions. Within 30 minutes I had the unit together and power washing. I will say that after reading the reviews I found some great tips that we decided to follow. First, we went to Ace Hardware and purchased a connector with a 60 degree angle so that the garden water hose that brought water into the unit didn't rub or rest against the wheel. I agree that this is a design flaw as the input valve is in the back of the unit just inside the back left tire and instead of pointing back away from the power washer it points directly towards the right side of the unit and the right tire. After reading a couple other reviews that suggested getting a connector with a 45-90 angle we purchased one with a 60 degree angle so that the hose then angled backwards away from the power washer and didn't rest or touch the right tire at all. Others had expressed that not doing this had led to their garden hose getting a hole worn in it by resting on the tire as the unit vibrated. The other suggestion that we did was to zip tie the power washer hose to the frame on the right handle right after where it attaches to the unit. Otherwise the hose comes out and runs right near the muffler that gets very hot. Customers had described how their hose touched the muffler and melted. A zip tie easily fixed this so that was not a concern at all and zip tying it didn't hinder the performance of the hose at all. We washed our large (20x12) Trex deck and 14 stairs leading from the deck to the yard, plus a rectangle table, 6 chairs, deck rail and our Traeger grill/cover all in about 30 minutes. Everything looked great and you could see the dirt easily wash off after a full fall and winter of not being cleaned. My wife even tested it on the side of the house and the concrete by the bottom of the stairs and it did great there, too. It's great that it comes with multiple easy exchange nozzles that also clip right into the power washer tray by the handle so they don't get lost. We've only used it once, but it worked great and was more powerful than our previous one. The 5 included nozzles will be able to handle every job we will want to do. So far we couldn't be happies and are glad we chose the Westinghouse model.

Very Nice Pressure Washer...And Very Good Price!
I bought this after my old 2700PSI pressure washer bit the dust. I wanted more power with my new one but I didn't expect the difference to be as big as it is. Only used it on small area of a sidewalk so far, due to time contraint, but it definitely made quick work of the job. I also like that it is not much bigger or heavier than my old unit. Just a little bit wider from what I can tell. Unit was fairly easy to assemble, and so far, seems to be built much better than my old Generac pressure washer. It has nice big, no flat, wheels making it easy to move around. Comes with everything you need to get started...even the motor oil with a handy fill tip for the tight space you have to fill the unit. Looking forward to many years of use.

Easy to use. Does a good job.
Nice product! Jeep owner in Indiana with tires too large to go through a car wash. This did a great job rinsing off all the salt and grime after a snow storm underneath the Jeep. Very easy to hook up and use.

A friend of mine bought a similar brush for his electric pressure washer and raved about it. This seemed like good value from the offerings available for my gas pressure washer. I was a bit leery because it doesn't have wheels but the brushes work fine. I am amazed at how much faster and easier it to clean my patio and walkway. Well worth the money.

Started second pull and very fast compared to my old 1.7 gal electric one. Have to admit it does drink gas, about one full tank in an hour. But works well and did the job in one third the time. Now stored for the winter.

Product does a great job on our wooden deck. We use it with a gas pressure washer. Much easier than using a regular nozzle .
