Useless instructions
Nice product - shame the instructions are wrong, the very first bolts you are supposed to put in are not the ones in the diagram and the tools are rubbish - better to use your own tools

Well thought out flat pack..clear instructions and sturdy when finished.

Great value
The unit looks good and the seats are comfortable. Watch out for rust coming out of the frame though, it's stained our patio. Definitely bring indoors or cover up well in wet weather.

Awkward to assemble
Had to search for the item..no help from suppliers and then carry it home. Poor service

Seat.
Nothing wrong with the seat itself but my partner says that the holes didn't line up, so if he didn't know about steel it would of been sent back. Some of the welding wasn't good either. But saying that after a few hours it's all put together and it nice.

Very good product and no surprises
Well packaged, all parts good, instructions clear and simple to follow. Everything fitted together correctly without mishap with exactly the correct number of parts and fastenings, quite remarkable really. It looks good and is comfortable- we're pleased!
