This cookware is the preferred one in our household, and has been for many years. Hence when I broke the glass lid, I was pleased to obtain a replacement

Good product. Unfortunately we dropped it and it smashed to pieces!

Fully meets our requirements.

cleans a treat. Stops splashes but keeps visibility of what is going on.

The product did not seem damaged from the delivery so the only thing left was to put on the lid knob and screw it to the glass. There is this single screw and a small metal piece that goes before it. I srewed this nicely and after I lifted the lid to take it for a wash it cracked in 3 pieces. I am quite handy with tools so the only reason I can think of is for the glass being damaged near the area where the knob goes. Since this was a glass lid I was careful tightening the screw. There shouldn't be any risk of braking while putting the knob, at least for a product like this. There were no instructions, not that there are needed for a lid, but if there is a risk it needs to be mentioned somewhere

Packaging isn't proper for a heavy glass piece. More importantly this may NOT be PYREX glass which is a specific kind of low-thermal-expansion borosilicate glass used for laboratory glassware and kitchenware, as the word 'PYREX' isn't printed on the glass lid we received itself. Disappointing as you can clearly see the word PYREX on the advertised image. It is false advertisement and we aren't sure if the lid is safe to use.

Excellent lid but has no steam outlet should you require it .

Estas tapas son muy útiles en la cocina ya que evitan salpicaduras , cuecen y fríen mas aprisa con algo humedad y al ser de cristal se ve como se va haciendo, tienen unas pequeñas salidas para que salga parte del vapor, yo las prefiero a las metálicas, un muy buen producto en la cocina que es su sitio, y buen precio.

Este repuesto me viene bien por si se me rompe el otro. Perfecto

È veramente necessario ricorrere all'uso di questo prodotto perché coadiuva bene il procedimento della cottura.
