These are pretty cool stones. And I actually got more in the bag than I expected. I decided to give them to my niece because I know that she would think that glowing rocks are cool. As of right now, they have the rocks spread around their garden. When it comes to brightness, I would say that it is "fair". They do glow pretty good but it's not super bright. Also, viewing them in as much darkness as possible is the best way to view them. Eliminate all peripheral light and view in complete darkness to see the best glow. These rocks are ideal for gardens of all types, aquariums, art, etc.

I can definitely say with authority that these pebbles do not glow like the picture. I have had them in my pond garden for a week and they are a no glow pebble. Like the other reviews they look pretty during the day but at night they suck! DO NOT buy these read the reviews and ask questions. buyer beware!

Literally just little glow in the dark plastic nuggets, very light weight and not exactly what I expected. That being said they do look good in my fairy garden and glow pretty brightly. Wanted to put them in my bird bathroom and they blew out with the 1st storm so keep that in mind!!

I expected they would light up the driveway at dark so you could at least see the stones. Found that you almost have to be up on them to see them. No distance viewing. Put 3/4 bag in our driveway and 1 1/4 bags down the dirt street and was nearly able to see them after sun on the all day. Maybe I expected to much from the pictures they show. Will give it some time as it has only been 2 days in the sun.

I put them in direct sunlight for about 4 hours and took them into a dark room (NO light). The glow was just as advertised. I do wish that they would glow longer. Wanted to use these on Halloween to give the candy caldron a nice blue fire but since I have a street light nearby, I will have to come up with something else. As for all that say these are not bright, it takes 10-15 minutes for your eyes to become adjusted to the darkness. Remember the old watches with the hands that glowed in the dark (radium sometimes). You had to wait for your eyes to adjust to see the hands. I will be trying the black light to see if that does anything.Update: I found an old black light and tried it last night on the pebbles. The only thing that I can say is WOW. The pebbles glowed bright in a darkened room and lasted for about 10 minutes after only a 3-5 minute exposure. Since I am going to use these outdoors, I will be ordering a black light from Amazon (there are quite a few of them) that I will be able to keep on during Halloween.

We have enjoyed using these little pebbles for various activities. There are plenty in the bag to use them in multiple ways. My daughter made a fairy house with them and the blue color of the pebbles in daytime is cheerful and fun. At night, if they’re charged, the house can be a little nightlight as she’s falling asleep. We also put some of the pebbles in the bottom of a fish bowl and it seems like the beta fish really likes them! Another activity we tried was putting the pebbles in a shallow tub and charging them up, and then the kids took them into my closet to play in the dark. It made a unique sensory bin for scooping and pouring with glowing pebbles. This kept them entertained for a while! The pebbles have a good glow if they’ve been charged. Like any other glow-in-the-dark item, they don’t have their own internal light but depend on stored up light from the sun or a light bulb, which obviously can’t last forever. It’s a novelty item that brought some joy to our days in the last few weeks and allowed us to play in different ways.

I bought these to add a "glow" to my garden in the evening. There is no 'glow in the dark' at all. I originally had them spread out, and I thought maybe I spread them too thin. Now I have them piled up on a small table - they are in full sun all day long - there is no glow after dark at all.don't waste your money. The blue color is pretty - in the light of day.....

I'm really sad about this.I was super excited to use em, and left them outside for 3 days.No glow.Really disappointed. The rocks are pretty though. We will likely paint them with glow in the dark paint and still use the rocks. but it is sad they do not function as I had hoped.

Placed in a full sun for 8 hours location. They barely glow. Not bright at all.
