I take several daily supplements by Solgar & am completely satisfied; however, at some point during the transport process all of the liquid capsules (what I can only assume as due to heating to a point of partially melting) became infused into one large mass. I had to refrigerate & now must delicately separate one at a time, each day.

Firstly, the shipping process was fast and the product arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was secure and well-protected, which I appreciated.I have been taking this vitamin for several weeks now, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and energy levels. The vitamin has a pleasant taste and is easy to swallow. It also doesn't upset my stomach, which has been an issue with other vitamin brands I have tried in the past.

Price is better than at the nutrition/organic merchandise store.As I take multiple vitamins, quality and price is important.

Qn10 was recommended by a physician a few years ago. I have tried other, cheaper brands but find Solgars to be more effective. The price may be a little higher but the quality seems higher too.

Someone told me to take CO Q10 when I started taking a statin drug for high cholesterol. She said the statin can cause some mental confusion and this will help. Solgar is a well-respected name, and this one in particular works well for me!
