Hard to turn

My 11 year old grandson absolutely loves it! It's very well made and will give him hours of challenge. FYI, he is very good at this type of challenge.

The replacement I was sent wasn't broken. It was shipped fast. It is difficult to solve, but that is the fun of it.

Comes apart easily
Appears to have been used. Box was not sealed, a piece was dislodged, and in general it feels like if you twist it, all the pieces will go flying out. It was supposed to be a gift but I’m returning it.
