I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a personalized anniversary collage plaque and realized the date was typed incorrectly the same day I placed the order. I immediately messaged the seller and also attempted to cancel so the error could be fixed. The seller did not respond until the next day and told me the item had already shipped and nothing could be done, which is frustrating for a personalized product. On top of that, I paid extra for high-depth photo quality, but all of the photos arrived looking washed out and faded. The original photos were clear and vibrant, so the final result does not match what was advertised. This was meant to be a sentimental anniversary piece, and between the lack of communication and poor print quality, it completely missed the mark. I would not order again.

The price was awesome and the plaque is adorable. My little sister absolutely loved it.
