I got this custom Spotify glass plaque and I’m obsessed. The quality is way better than I expected — the light-up base makes the photo glow beautifully, especially in low light. DO NOT ORDER. Very crappy job. So much smudges. First off, I ordered this for valentines day, listing said it will be delivered by Feb 12th and I got a notification that it will not be delivered until the 18th! I CONTACTED amazon asking for a refund because by then I will no longer be needing it. And then surprisingly, I received it this morning and I couldn't be more disappointed. This is a job that should have been thrown in the trash and started over. Super smudgy, not professional at all. I would not pay 10 bucks for this if I saw this in person. I was under the impression that it will play the song. It doesn't. There is a chip on our photo. I cleaned and cleaned this with a microfiber cloth that I use for my glasses and it would not come off. Soooo disappointed. This is ur sign NOT to buy this. U have been warned. I am a paying customer, so believe me, this is a crappy product. If there is a negative 1 star I would give that.

It looks good, nice quality especially with the light box but it doesn't play music. Its misleading. It arrived before valentine's day so that's good. It was a gift I ordered. The 3.99 upcharge for international shipping is odd to me because it comes from California, arrived within 5-6 days. The light boxes are overpriced. The engraving had a scratch on the very last letter. And the tape on the photo was hard to remove. But overall its good.
