It's a very good yoga mat and is non-slip, great for exercising.

It’s the best yoga mat I’ve ever used and over forty years of practicing yoga I’ve used a lot. The quality and the design is really terrific. Love the red. And the carrying bag is fab too. The company cares about the earth ( forget the greening scam we just need to get big corp to stop their earth trashing policies…). Don’t hesitate.

I would have rated it 5 stars if it were thicker, but this mat is really great! Love the non-slip, it really is non slip!

This yoga mat is amazing because of its thickness it's quite comfortable, easy to carry, and grip is really firm.

It doesn't smell weird. Material is fine and generic. Not one of those curl free mats.

Picture and first impression is good but the mat is thin and light. Hence is doesn’t lie flat when put ton the floor (curls at the end) and doesn’t hold its rolled shape without a tie or bag.
