Taste is great, dissolves well in water, doesn’t taste gritty and goes down well. I’ve been taking for 4 days now and my skin is so glowy and I definitely don’t feel as tired as I normally do! I had a good look around first they all have the same vitamins but the taste is crucial. I tried rheal, taste was gross and it was really bitty, yes you can put these powders in orange juice or add cordial but I think that defeats the object. I was going to go with huel but again I’ve seen the taste is awful and it has really high amounts of certain vitamins when our bodies don’t need that much. Very happy with this product. ONLY negative is that it doesn’t come with an 8g scoop so you have to measure it out.

Decided to try adding this to my supplement rotation to get much needed vitamins and fibre into my diet after coming back from a work trip. It tastes better than I had imagined it would, and works really well if you combine it with some kind of clear whey protein, although by itself, it has a bit of a gritty texture, and will constantly need a shake/stir while drinking so it doesn't settle and get chunky. Would recommend one of those milk frother/stirrers to blend it too- makes my life a bit easier.Overall, worth it- makes you feel a bit healthier for taking it everyday, though it's not the most enjoyable part of your day!

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the taste; with something so healthy you expect to have to suffer a bit! Other reviewers found it gritty, but I didn't notice that much, and even found myself mixing a spoonful into water to drink for pleasure here and there.I do feel a bit healthier since I started using it. I'm giving four stars insteaad of five though because of the price, which is more than some comparable products. I do think this is very good, but the price puts it out of reach for a lot of people as something they would want to be a couple of times a month.

I have bought this sort of product before but struggled with the taste. This is light & pleasant so won't struggle using it.

They say your hair is the first to suffer when your health is suffering, because it’s something your body can live without. My hair stopped growing and started dropping out.After taking this supplements for a few weeks I noticed it stopped falling out and my roots started to show again, very happy. Good quality, I put in a frozen fruit smoothie and it tastes ok. Mixed well in nutri bullet, ok texture and easy to take

This has a disgusting chemical taste to it that I just couldn't get past. Ended up throwing most of the bag away. Would not reccomend.

I wasn't convinced, you can never tell how well these things ar actually working. Then one month I was a bit skint so didn't buy it. Now 2-3 weeks later I am cranky and have some of the worst spots ever, my skin is dry and my nails are peeling. I am 1000% convinced, I am here to buy more before pay day and leave this review 🤣🤑

Anyone who says it tastes great is just plain wrong. It is palatable. It's like cold green tea. It's fine. I have no idea if it's doing any good. Feel the same.
