My skin feels firmer, especially in my cheeks where the beginnings of jowel were starting to form. I feel that using this device has made them less noticeable. At the end of the day, it's important to manage your expectations about what a device like this can achieve. Don't expect miracles, but with consistent use the benefits are real. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I actually did like this product as I was noticing results in terms of my skin. However it is indeed defective, the first one stopped working after only a few months because it would not hold its charge, so I bought a new one and it had the same problem the moment it arrived. The seller should definitely fix the product before selling it broadly to the public.

I really wanted to love this product. I purchased one that only worked for about or four uses. Returned and replaced and the second one did the exact same thing. Simply will not charge at all.

This is one of my newest favorite face products. it was packaged very beautifully, to the point where it could be used as a gift. The charging port has a small cover to keep it clean since you use a serum with the device. It works to smooth my forehead wrinkles, and I'm hoping the more I use it the better things will get. The cool function does work quite well as long as you give it a second to warm up. It comes with great information/instructions that are very clear and helpful. There is only one microcurrent setting, but the light settings are also great to use. Extremely happy with this purchase!

I’m 50 and doing all I can to stay looking young without resorting to Botox injections! This little tool is super easy to use and I’ve made it part of my morning and evening skin routine. I first apply an RF lotion and cycle through each of the 4 settings. The battery lasts for about 3-4 days. It says to give it 4-6 weeks, however, I have already noticed that some blemishes on my skin appear smaller. I’ll continue using this tool and I do suggest purchasing an RF conducting lotion to use with this.

As of early use I cannot say it’s effective for the purpose I bought it. It seems like it might be the latest fad that only is partially effective. I cannot recommend it as a doctor as of now. If that changes I’ll come back and revise my comments.
