I recently tried a pair of shoe inserts for my hiking boots, and they are fantastic! As a size 9 female, I was pleased to find that they fit perfectly into my size 8.5 hiking boots. The inserts provide excellent support and cushioning, making long hikes much more comfortable. They help to reduce fatigue and prevent foot pain, even on rough terrain. The quality is top-notch, and they stay securely in place throughout the day. These inserts have made a noticeable difference in my hiking experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance the comfort of their footwear!

I’ve purchased several different insoles over the last year through Amazon their selection is excellent. I’ve now have had these orthotics in my boots for a week and they are excellent. They’re comfortable , have helped to relieve foot pain I’m plagued with and value for the these is very reasonable.

I’m sure these work out well for others but they didn’t work out well for me. I’m not sure about inserts for my shoes. I’m still working this out.

Quality is very good and they have just the right level of support to give me some relief. The inserts fit right into my normal shoes and now I can walk pain free. Would recommend these but wish they were a little cheaper and came in double packs.

For the record, I am comparing it to a custom orthotic for plantar fasciitis, which has a strong, molded arch and a metatarsal pad.The metatarsal pad on this is really small, should be larger. This insole may not be suitable for somewhat heavier people (I am about 200-210 pounds), I noticed the arch significantly flattening when i tried it on a hard floor. It is, however, still stronger than some of the foam based arches on some cheap insoles out there. There is a heel cup, which is niceGive it a try, but these arent quite to the level of a more sturdily built one. If you have clinical foot issues, youd be better served with a stronger insole.

These were way too wide for any women's shoes, even sneakers , even my 8.5 Wide size shoes. Also they are too stiff all over. Don't seem to have much in the way of cushioning. Except for one bubble of cushion that seems to be in the wrong place and not wide enough to be a Metatarsal pad. I do not like these at all.

I have been buying the $60ish Aetrex with metatarsal support for a few years now and recently tried to see if I could find them cheaper here on Amazon. Instead I found these and since they were about $20 at the time I decided to give them a try. After 3 weeks I haven't noticed a difference in comfort between the two. My feet don't hurt under normal circumstances and standing doesn't bother my knee as much.Now the real test will probably be in how long they last, but I'd have to give them a few months before knowing. In the meantime I really think they're worth a try

These are great for someone who wants good arch support, ie someone with high arches. The heel support is great. Normally the balls of the feet hurt after walking for a while but not with these. The only concern is that they're a bit wide/long in the toe area, but of course the solution is to cut them to size. Wait for a sale and you'll get these at a good value.

I like that it fit my size 13 boots perfectly and that it had the more durable plastic bottom to it than the typical memory foam insoles i get. the picture had me worried it was way thicker than normal insoles but it is just the way they framed it, they are your typical thickness.i got these to relieve arch pain in my feet.

Can’t say enough good things about these! Buying a second pair because the support is better than my custom insurance covered orthotics!!! I can wear them for hours and my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day!!
