Perfect for what we needed!
I have had this for a few months now and it is a great addition. It got me through the July hurricane in Texas (104° with no power) it went through a set of batteries about once a day, but it did run during naps and all night. It also got us through the western NC hurricane in September. The functionality was great as in Texas it provided a reprieve from the stale heat and in NC it provided light and movement of the air so we could see and not get too stuffy in our room. The noise level is quiet enough to not disturb, but loud enough to be a nice noise maker for my son and myself at night. The fan power is suitable for a fan this size, as I stated above it kept us comfortable at night with no power during the Texas hurricane. The size is perfect for a bedside table or to us in the car when car camping! Definitely recommend as a back up or for camping/traveling.

Must Have for Hurricane Season and Power Outages
I bought two of these after a short power outage a month ago - we have blips now then but have not lost power for more than a few hours since Hurricane Ike in 2008. Living in the Houston area, air conditioning is not a luxury, especially during the summer months (April - October :)). These kept me sane for the two days we were without power - I usually keep the AC set at 74, but 70 to sleep. I ordered two more after Beryl. Also stocked up on D bartteries - I only had to change batteries once during the 44 hours we were without power. The light is also a nice feature, I did not have the opportunity to use the remote or the timer. Powerful air flow - surprised me for the relatively small size of the fan, lightweight and portable, nice price point as well. Love it and Highly recommend!

Powerful portable fan – Works great
FRIZCOL Battery or USB (type-c) Operated Fan — This is a great portable fan. It's not too small and not too big. There are several things that I like about the fan: It's powered by (4) D batteries or (Type-C) USB; It's powerful enough to keep me cool and has multiple speed settings; The fan can tilt up or down; It can be operated by a remote control; There are multiple sleep settings. I highly recommend this portable fan for those times you have no electricity available.

Great fan for the price
This fan can be used with USB connection or four D batteries. Has 4 speeds, a light with 2 brightness settings and four timer settings for auto shutoff. Recently hurricane Beryl hit my city and I lost power for 5 days. This fan kept me cool during the heat in the day and comfortable at night while I slept. The batteries last a decent amount of time on the 3rd and 4th speed setting but I used the 2nd setting for when I slept and it lasted all night and into the morning. It makes noise but it not bothersome loud. It's powerful enough to keep you cool during the hottest days and the size make it portable toove around as you need. Best money I spent right before the hurricane. The only thing it is missing is it does not ocilate but if does angle up and down. So if you don't need the fan to do that then this is a good choice.

Controlled by Roku remote
This is a great little fan, does everything as advertised and it has decent airflow even at the lowest level.Weirdly, my Roku remotes control the fan. Volume up turns on the light, and the home button bumps ups the fan speed. Not the end of the world but it is irritating.

Good Moveable Fan, especially for camping
It gets out a nice little breeze and even has a light which is nice for inside the rv when you need the extra breeze in a stuffy area or want that little bit of reading. It does run on batteries so I hope they last a while, but I am happy with the purchase and would recommend for those little spaces or when you need the extra breeze. Another plus side, it has a remote which I appreciate after a long day camping and feeling a bit lazy. The timer is nice too so if the kids get at it, it will turn itself off and not waste battery. I got this as part of a promotion, but have to admit I was looking for one for camping and I am not disappointed! At this price point and the little extras this was exactly what I had in mind.

Very disappointing!
I bought this fan for camping. The first night it worked great. It ran on setting 3 for the entire night. The second night the fan shut off at some point during the night, I'm not sure when. The 3rd night, and every night since, the fan operates for anywhere from 30-seconds to 3 minutes and then shuts off.I had such high hopes for this product, but during product development the electrical engineers failed to uphold their most basic tenet: make sure the product works.
