If you are Redmi 12 user don't purchase.
I bought this product because it said it works with all Android phones. But it didn't work. I wasted time watching videos and trying to connect it. I even accepted risky permissions, but it still didn't work.Buying this product was a hassle, and I lost sleep. The description didn't clearly say I needed OTG. Now, I want a refund, but they only offer to replace it with the same product.Refund Please--Customer care, please give me a refund. I hope others learn from my mistake and only buy this if they have OTG in Redmi 12.

Best sound quality
As I'm a nutritionist and was looking for a best sound quality microphone Bluetooth it resolved my all purpose. In short it has good range, best quality, definitely value for money. Connectivity is great with voice quality. Must buy .

Good but some issues
The noise cancelation and clarity of voice are excellentHowever, after using for around 10 days, the mic got like getting jammed, midway through shooting. The green indicator is stagnated. Switch is not working if I try to switch off the mic. How to resolve the issue?
