Highwild Steel Target Stand AR500 Shooting Target System Complete Kit Combination (5)

First things first when I got these I did not think they would hold up. They look good but, my thoughts are what if you hit the cross beam, it is not made of the same sturdy material as the targets. The targets are great and will be for a long time. So I took this out shooting, I hit the cross bar and low and behold it is still holding up. I am a decent shot, my buddy is not. He hit the cross bar a few more times and it is still holding up the targets. I still do not know why my buddy was able to hit the cross bar so many times and not the actual target. In either case my original cross bar is still with me today and if it does go the company sent me out an additional cross bar with my set. Maybe they somehow knew my buddy. It is well built and worth the money.

No photo needed. It looks just like the picture on amazon. The plates are great quality and nicely painted for great visual. sturdy frames with easy to remove legs. I'm permanently attaching the plate bolts to the frame and adding wing nuts to quickly remove the chains. Just a great deal for 4 plates with all the gear!

Unit goes togethr easily (though why the bolts are as long as they are, have no idea). You really need to get the extra extension legs if you're going to place/use on the same level of ground you're shooting from - otherwise, you're shooting too far downward. Other than that - happy with the system.

We have put roughly 200+ rounds on this thing so far. From 22LR, 9mm, .357 Mag, 5.56, .450 Bushmaster, even a 12g with 00 buckshot. It took everything we threw at it. Only drawbacks at all was that with the big gauge rifles it would flip the targets right over the bar, with the shotgun it literally knocked the entire rig over, and after the 1st day out, all of the nuts and bolts were rather loose. To be fair, this thing took over 200 rounds it's first time out from all sorts of calibers and despite those little hiccups, there is only a couple of tiny dents in the targets, and splattered lead on it's legs. Little pricey and difficult to move around easily, but honestly it is just what I was after. Would be nice if it was a bit taller.

This is a great target unit. Below are a couple points.First, have spray paint handy to repaint it after use. It's very solid and handles .223 just fine.Second, if you're like me, you're going to need to reach out to the company at some point to replace the legs when you blow them off with a few missed shots. But I suppose that's not on them anyway.Only thing that could be better is maybe a more solid frame. It's worth the money though. I bought the 4 target one.
