Purchased the pad to add additional comfort to an octagonal playpen. It is very nice, quality product. Not thick like made of foam, more thick quilt like in density.

We've had this hexagon play mat for a little bit now, and it's been a good addition to our playroom. The size is just right—not too big, not too small—and the hexagon shape is a nice change from the usual rectangles. It's got enough padding to cushion the occasional fall to the side, (my infant is learning to crawl). It’s also nice and light, I do appreciate that.I also like that it lays flat without curling at the edges, making it less of a tripping hazard, and the design is neutral, so it doesn’t clash with other things we have around. Handy for snack time spills too since it wipes down pretty easily. Also my kiddo seems comfy on it, and honestly that’s good enough for me.

The hexagon shape fits in certain play yards but I think it's a great shape for a unique looking floor mat (without a play pen). The size is sufficient and the padding is thick enough for safety and support. The colors and pattern are visually stimulating for babies. I'm not positive about the exact material, but it is skin-friendly and non-toxic.Features a special quilting process which enables you to be able to wash it in the washing machine without having any effects on the shape.The backside includes non-slip particles to help prevent slipping.Due to vacuum packaging, the mat might take a few days to lie flat and wrinkle-free. You can gently pat it to help the process. Or, you could do like I do and throw it in the dryer with a couple dryer balls on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, which always fluffs it right up for me.CONCLUSIONInexpensive. Adorable. Safe. I recommend this for your child if you like what you see.

I love this play-mat. It’s heavy duty and is so easy to throw in the washer and wash. I love that it has texture on the bottle so it doesn’t bunch up or slide on the floor. I highly recommend!

As the baby started to sit, I bought this one. It has some soft filling whoch helps. The backside is anti slip, so it stays at the place.I got the unicorn design, big size. It's around 5 feet diagonally. Enough for baby to play and I can sit as well.Overall a value for money purchase!

This is great for baby. Great for younger babies for tummy time and older babies for playing with toys.

Priced at $35.99 at the time of review. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.The item is nicely packaged. I counted four layers of plastic until I got to the actual mat. It wasn't vacuumed really tight as I was expecting though. But it was compact enough. The stitching quality is good. I was expecting thicker padding from reading other reviews but I think the actual item's padding is just average. Good enough to provide some protection and comfort while playing on hard floor but definitely not as good as gym mats or more expensive rubber playmats. I like it's lightweight and portability. My kids can easily drag it across the playroom to wherever they want to set camp and play on. The non-slip backing is useful on hardwood floor but may make it difficult to move on carpeted area. But then you don't really need this on carpeted area anyway. Color and pattern-wise, the item is exactly like the product photo. I am fine with this as a gender-neutral option but wish when I ordered it the rainbow/unicorn option had been available, too, as I definitely would have wanted that over this one.

My baby quickly outgrew the small activity gym mat so I purchased this one and it has nice cushion, rubber tread on the bottom so it doesn't slip and slide and it's large enough to scatter baby's toys.
