No noticeable benefit & poor quality capsules
I tried this magnesium glycinate hoping to see some improvement in energy, muscle relaxation, or sleep, but I honestly didn’t feel any perceptible difference while taking it. On top of that, the capsules absorbed moisture inside the bottle, which made them look clumpy and not fresh. Very disappointed with both the effectiveness and quality of the product. Would not repurchase.
