I love the taste of this calming powder. It dissolves easily in water. The health benefits are numerous and it helps make feel calm, especially during busy parts of the day…. Carpool, practices, etc. I keep this one handy for sure!

Really calms

I decided to give Nello SuperCalm a try after seeing ads on social media sites and a few influencers I follow drink it. I like the on-the-go packaging so that I can mix my drink at work or when I'm ready to enjoy it. The taste is really nice and it dissolves without leaving alot of mix at the bottom. The lemon lime is not too sweet and has the right amount of tartness like a lemonade. It's too early to tell if it's working but I have noticed that I sleep better and I'm not as crabby after work =) I'll end up buying a few more packages because I like the taste and it's an easier way to get my magnesium for the day.

Finally have a product that works for me! I like the lemon lime flavor too

It’s so sweet there’s so much sugar in it of whatever kind they wanna call it. Wish they could make something like this that was unsweetened.

The good, the bad, and the slightly concerning (yes, I saw the nightmare comment). I was hesitant… but I bought it anyway. First off: no nightmares here. In fact, I haven’t had any dreams. It’s like my brain clocks out for the night and says, “Not my problem.” The biggest win? I’m finally sleeping through the night no more 2:30 AM wake-ups staring at the ceiling questioning every life decision I’ve ever made... If I do stir I'm able to get right back to sleep. Now… small side effect 🤣I’ve slept through my alarm twice. Honestly? Not even mad about it. That’s how good the sleep is. Taste-wise, no complaints. No weird aftertaste, no “why does this taste like regret?” I mix it with water, lemon, lemonade, hope, whatever is available and it’s totally fine. But here’s the real review the one that matters. Today, my 6-year-old refused to leave school and get in the van. Just flat-out said, “No.” A week ago, I would’ve gone full stressed-out parent mode and given myself a headache. But this time? I just… didn’t. I took a breath, stayed calm, walked away and she followed (ran) after me. I didn’t even recognize myself. Is it the supplement? Is it placebo? Is it me evolving into a calm, patient, emotionally stable adult? Who knows. But something is working. All I know is: I’m sleeping better, I’m reacting better (for the most part), and my mornings are a little less chaotic (minus the alarm situation). So yeah.. I’ll keep taking this twice a day for everyone's sake. I'll update if anything changes.

Me gustó mucho este suplemento Nello SuperCalm porque es una forma muy práctica y agradable de tomar magnesio. El sabor Raspberry Lemonade está muy rico, se siente fresco y no sabe artificial como otros productos similares. Se mezcla fácilmente con agua y queda bastante bien. Algo que me gustó bastante es que está hecho con Magnesium Glycinate, que suele ser una opción suave para el estómago y muy buena para ayudar a la relajación. Después de usarlo, se siente una sensación de calma y bienestar, ideal para tomar en la noche o en momentos de estrés. La presentación trae 30 porciones, así que rinde bien y es una buena opción para incluir en la rutina diaria. Si buscas un suplemento que ayude a relajarte, con buen sabor y fácil de tomar, definitivamente vale la pena probarlo.
