Packaging was fine, all the parts were included and I had nothing missing.Pros:- Sturdy, solid construction- Firm padding/cushioning in the headboard- Looks like the photo- Classic, timeless design that is verstatile for both a masculine or feminine bedroom.Cons:- Instruction assembly manual a tad sparse. Just one page to show you how it's done. Might take a little longer to figure things out for the amateur assembler, like me. Took us 30-45 minutes to get everything assembled and fitted.- On my particular product, the seaming along the trim of the headboard was a little crooked and significantly misaligned. Not a big deal because I now have decorative pillows on the bed, and one wouldn't notice it at first glance. But it still kind of bothers me because I know where to look, and I know it's there.- The legs and the board, upon assembly, were not perfectly straight. The board bends forward at a slight tilt--again, no big deal, but just another detraction from what could have been a 5-star product.Overall, I like it, and it looks good. Probably the best qaulity per dollar for headboards out there.

The shipping through prime was a free bargain, the $178 price is average. This is a 2 person heavy big rectangular box and I am glad I did not have to lug it home from the mall. However, this "faux" leather does not really look like leather. You are paying for brown vinyl you are getting brown vinyl. It also stinks like vinyl, so be prepared to air it out and open a window. For the price, it is ok, for a guest room it is better than nothing. I may one day pull out the studs and replace the vinyl with actual leather. At least my guests that bring dogs won't get dog hair stuck to it like they would with a fabric headboard that would have to be vacuumed. You get what you pay for. BTW - I love dogs, so we consider them our guests too! I did like that the legs were vinyl wrapped and that looked nice. I did get all the hardware and put it together in 10 minutes. I have one of the taller - newer style queen bed frames that don't require box springs, so I will have to drill holes to attach frame to headboard. The pre-drilled holes were to low to use.

The headboard arrived within 1 week. However, we found it propped against our garage door with lots of hold and tears in the cardboard packing. In addition, there were bolts, washers and pieces sticking out and falling all over the driveway. When I opened it up, the headhboard was in good condition, but the hardware pieces were all over the place. The red plastic bad that was supposed to contain the bolts, screws, washers was not sealed and therefore I am left with missing pieces. I called the 1-888 number adn am still waiting for a response.Oh well...looks like a trip to Home Depot.

Just like every other product, I read the reviews good and bad and took a chance. Well, I am so glad I did take a chance. After ordering my headboard, I was waiting patiently everyday until it arrived. It took about a week. As soon as my husband opened it, I absolutely loved it. My package arrived with no holes in the box, instructions intact, and all hardware. The instructions were basically a drawing with arrows of where the screws, washers, and bolts go. At first glance it may seem confusing but it's really quite easy. The color is nice and my headboard has no flaws. I just love it!!!!!

This headboard makes quite a statement in our spare bedroom. For some reason the picture makes it look as if there's a pattern on the "leather" but there isn't. It just looks really nice. The legs are covered with the same material and went on amazingly easily for me, and I'm no handyman. Delivery was quick (I have 2-day Amazon Prime and this piece alone paid for it), was well packaged, and emerged from the packaging in perfect condition. And the price is just amazing for what you get. I'll try to post a customer picture later.

I got this headboard 2 days ago and I LOVE IT! The product arrived packaged securely and soundly. All parts were included in the box. The directions for installation were easy to follow. I put this thing together while my hubby was at work. So yes, a girl can handle it! :) It is kind of heavy, so if you're not strong, you might need an extra hand.Overall, I'm completely satisfied with this headboard. It's so pretty! Everyone that has seen it so far has LOVED it.

Great headboard! I'm very pleased with it and me, a female, was able to put it together without any issues. No instructions came with the headboard for assembling and it was missing some hardware. Went to Lowes and was able to use some of the hardware from my old headboard and the company made good on that when I addressed the issue. All in all, I'm loving the headboard and the change it made in the appearance of my bedroom!

I bought this headboard, about a year ago now, and it is still looking as great as the day I bought it. thought it was missing the bolts and nuts, and I contaced them. and still have never heard back or got the replacement parts. But no biggy, I went to Lowes and got what I needed. is still WELL worth it. THIS BED IS GREAT, just be prepared to buy your own bolts and nuts if they are missing. :-)
