There is much more *theobromine in these, than caffeine. That said (like caffeine) everybody's reception can be different.Suggestion: Take *1 capsule with a full 8oz of water when you have nothing (or the least) amount of any other supplements you can feel/notice. Not suggested at night, unless you work night shifts.But all in all, was surprised at the feeling gained by taking these. And positive at that.They even smell warm and aromatic in the bottle.The other "unnoticed benefits" are assuredly there as well, and I expect positive outcomes as I continue a daily dose (even if 1/2) with my regimen.honestly, do not think you can go wrong with investing in a bottle to start....
