Refurbished Computer
I only got to use it for about an hour and loved it! The speed was amazing particularly compared to my old computer. Unfortunately it was a refurbished model and I had two serious ( I believe) software issues. the first as I was using it. The second, after less than an hour of use. I no longer trusted this item and requested a return. I'll admit I don't have a ton of computer knowledge, but have been using them since the 1980's. Never run into these two issues before. First when copying files from thumb drive to new hard drive it would not release the first file when I went to copy the second. It tried to copy both. Then again on the third, it tried to copy all three. Never had this happen before. Then the keyboard stopped working. The screen would make small changes when I hit enter but no numbers or letters would type. Tried a wired keyboard, same result. Shut down the computer, restarted and went back to the wireless keyboard and it worked fine. Don't trust it anymore so, NO problem thank you Amazon and Woot, it's on it's way back.
