Good quality oven from LG, I trust lg from 10years, I wanted a microwave with physical button and rotary switch, the membrane type buttons are a pain to use and one or 2 switches get spoiled fast for which we have to replace the whole membrane . Best feature I like is the wuick heat where we just press start for a 30sec high power heating

We purchased this microwave oven from LG since we have been already using other LG products like fridge and washing machine. This is a feature rich and modern MWO. It has dial and tact buttons for control which is better compared to touch controls. It looks good as well and suits to modern kitchen. We have not tried its charcoal heater yet so can't comment about it now. To our surprise, LG has not provided any user's manual and cookbook in the box! LG has not offered any demo as well. Instead QR code has been given to download user's manual and cookbook. This is absolutely not OK. MWO is an awesome product for today's fast paced life but it also may by quite risky for first time users if not used in proper and safe way. We had to download these booklets and get it printed ourselves. One star less for such cheap cost cutting hacks by LG.

Not received a cook book, how can I understand which number is which recipe
