Thanks to Laura Try I decided to try this - I have one of those vibration guns but realised there was not forward/backward motion. This is so awesome, the triangle design means you can easily reach everywhere and I use it most days on my neck, shoulder and calf muscles. It does such a great job and these parts are noticeably less tight them they used to be. If I was doing loads of exercise etc I would have brought the full size version, but for day to day activities and light exercise at home, this is perfect. Such a good design.

Love this. Really effective and easy to use. It would have 5 starts except the charger lead is mini USB to mini USB which is really unusual and I don't have a plug for so now going to have to buy one

You won't regret buying this, absolutely fantastic and perfect for after exercise. Just keeps those muscles loose and keeps the blood flowing. This has helped with a sore shoulder and after lifting weights just to ease the doms. The handle makes it easy to use on your own back, other designs might be difficult but I love this design. Great quality and I highly recommend!!

I was able to use this straight out of the box. It came with a good charge and the battery seems to last well. It’s not cheap but it’s well built and the quality justifies the price in my view given the amount of use it’s got in just the first week.

Really works in relieving tight and sore muscles. Was surprised what a difference it made.
