Pillow quality is very bad, not even in mentioned shape. Internal sponge is not in required shape. Also the pillow size is very smaller one.

Actually this pillow is not useful as I hoped for it. It's soft when you press by your hand but feels hard when I keep my head on it. It's not comfortable , go for a better one.
