MARS Hydro makes excellent LED grow lights. This fits my little 2x2 tent perfectly. I added the USB iConnectu to be able to control it through WiFi and program sunrise and sunset simulation.

This is a great light I've had no issues and it just performed for me light description Said. And after watching Dr mj Cocos review and testing. Was a huge reason I bought this light. It also works with the vivosun grow hub. Excellent product. Get while you can since Samsung is getting out of the led business.

Powerful uniform light distribution, completely customizable light output with a dimmer to suit all stages of growth from seeds to greens this light will do everything you ask of it . I've had this unit for 4 years and its still growing strong. Among the many highlights of this light i could mention by far the removeable ballast + cord length allowing you to remove the ballast and place outside the grow area has to be my favorite. I moved mine up by my exhaust fan so it never gets hotter than barely warm to the touch. which is key for all of us playing mother nature and focusing on dialing in our environment. Mars Hydro has consistently out preformed my expectations for a cost effective commercial light competitor. I used an app of my phone called photone to measure my light intensity it essentially turns your phone into one of those expensive Apogee meters by utilizing your phones forward facing cameras as the light sensor. I was getting measurements close to what the Par map shown by Mars hydro. which is impressive 800-1000 PPFD in my 3x3 12-14 inches from the canopy and i would say about 300-500 ppfd in the outer section 4-6 inches away from the walls of the 3x3 space.

I only have th fc-1500 a few days now and I think the driver becomes too hot for my little indoor green house. The FAQ about this product on the Mars Hydro website says that it does not create much heat and the driver cannot be separated from the light bars. But I will do that. I already ordered some wire connectors to move it out. But in all I think the fc-1500 is a good product and gives good value for money.

i bought one of these directly from mars-hydro. i didnt realize the daisy chain feature would require a different type of dimmer switch. i thought it was defective, and contacted their customer service. they responded really quickly. i like the light, so i bought 2 more here. way better than the board lights ive been using. smaller hot spots, the light is more spread out, they have better heat dissipation. ill update if i have issues.

I had the light working on low power based on charts but thought I could see it fluctuating. Thought it was me the glasses or something else. It wasn't until I put a watt meter on it I could see the power moving up and down and then realized the thing they call the driver (ballast) that provides the power was way toooo hot for the low power. I then turned it up to see what it would do and would not receive even 700watts. I called the phone number it was just weird answering machine. Then I was instructed by Amazon to email through app. They asked for proof. I sent movies and more emails only to be told after a few days it was normal to be this way. The driver was protecting itself from blowing up that's why I couldn't turn it up it was overheating and is working. I couldn't believe that was my solution. I bought the product one month and 3 days before contacting them. Thank goodness for Amazon help.

Great light very strong for what’s it’s worth! Easy to setup, got great power even at 75 percent. Fits perfect 2by2 and low heat

Für meine Gemüsezucht brauchte ich eine neue Lampe und die Wahl viel nach längerer Überlegung auf die neue Mars Hydro FC3000. Folgende Dinge haben mich überzeugt: Meanwell Netzteil Samsung LM301B und Osram LEDs. Also schon mal kein Billig No Name Mist. Und da es schlicht die neuste war habe ich mich Spontan für diese Lampe dann entschieden. Und ich wurde mehr als Überrascht. Die Lampe bietet viele Dinge welche man sonst nur an einer teuren DIY Lampe findet. z.b. die Möglichkeit Netzteil und Dimmer extern zu betreiben. (Allerdings werden dafür 2x weitere Seilratschen benötigt... Welche allerdings nun nicht die Welt kosten.) Gleichzeitig hat man direkt zwischen Netzteil / Dimmer Einheit und Lampe einen vernünftigen Stecker um die Lampe bei Bedarf ab zu machen ohne sich einen abfummeln zu müssen falls man das Netzteil so wie ich extern, also außerhalb des Zeltes betreibt. Sehr durchdacht das ganze. Durch den Aufbau der LEDs, Also das man praktisch 4x "Balken" inklusive Kühlkörper hat, und nicht alles auf einem Brett wie es sogar bei viel teureren Lampen teilweise üblich ist, haben wir bei dieser Lampe praktisch gar kein Problem mit zu hoher Hitze Entwicklung. Schön Handlich ist die Lampe dadurch aus und im vergleich zu anderen LED Bombern sehr gut zu tragen. Die Lichtleistung ist für ein 1mx1mx2m Zelt wohl sehr sehr gut. Gerade das Dimmen ist eine Feine Sache und man spart dadurch auch noch Geld. In meinen Augen ist es zur Zeit für das Geld was man dafür ausgibt, also von der Preisleistung her, wohl eine der besten, wenn nicht sogar die beste LED Grow Lampe mit 300 Watt Leistung auf dem Markt. Von der Leistung her, kann ich mir vorstellen das es wohl mit einer 400 Watt NDL mit Boost Funktion mithält. also ca 450 - 480 Watt NDL Leistung, Zumindest meiner bisherigen Einschätzung nach. Gibt zumindest schon einige YT Videos welche das soweit bestätigen.

This light is unlike any other ive used so far in my 3 x 3. It's so powerful it was like turning on the sun. It's so sleek and couldn't be easier to assemble. If you're wanting an amazing light that will give you excellent yields from your medicinal plants then look no further. I can not shout about this light enough....and for the price you just can't go wrong. Whether you're a beginner or pro it is the dogs clems. It has the dimmer on the side and all the stuff you need to hang it. It's not heavy at all and one person can handle the job, easy. I have tried other competitors on the markets lights and they just don't compare and for me, I think they are more than enough for a 3 x 3 in a homegrown....sturdy, robust, gorgeous full spectrum, and very inexpensive for what you get...

Great light, got it to replace a 240 watt similar light and this one has exceeded expectations... Feels like more than a 60 watt bump vs Samsung 281 diodes
