I’ve had this rower for a few weeks, now. I am 6’5” tall and weigh 270 lbs. I bought this particular rower because it was the longest one I could find. It supports my frame just fine. It is a really a nice machine. It is very sturdy and smooth. There’s hardly any noise at all when rowing. The tablet holder and the digital display are simple and practical. There is plenty of resistance to get a good work out, in. Over all, I’m very happy with my purchase.

The machine has a generous 360 lb weight capacity and multiple resistance levels, allowing me to choose the right intensity for my workout. Since my home has tiled flooring, I experienced some slipping during intense pulls, but adding a rug underneath solved this problem by increasing friction. I think it would be great if this could be included with the product. I usually set the resistance to level 6-8, which is perfect for my needs. I look forward to sticking with my routine and building stronger arms and a more toned abdomen. Overall, I highly recommend this rowing machine for anyone looking for a versatile and practical home workout equipment.

I wanted a rowing machine for home use, It's an impressive machine. The price is very good, quality is very good ,easy to assemble, and this machine is big enough and sturdy enough to support my weight and give me a good workout

This rower is amazing. Everything that i expected it to be. easy to assemble. Glides smoothly and has different resistance levels to choose from, it has a lot of tension. Also gives you the ability to do other strength training with the handles in the back. I am very happy with my purchase

The resistance levels are easy to adjust and provide a challenging workout whether I’m going for endurance or high-intensity intervals.I love how rowing engages both upper and lower body muscles, and it’s been much easier on my joints compared to running. The digital monitor tracks time, strokes, and calories — basic, but helpful.

Got this rower last week. Came well packed, all tools inside, and setup was easy. Started rowing the same day. It’s quiet, smooth, and the seat’s surprisingly comfy. Didn’t need the push-up handles, but they were included—nice bonus. Tablet holder works for my iPad so the training won't be boring. Solid machine for the price!

If you’ve put together a few pieces of IKEA furniture, this will probably be a breeze for you. For me it was intimidating straight out of the box. There were a lot of pieces. A lot.Following the instructions (it’s “only” 7 steps) it took me about two hours to assemble. Some of the language was above my head and I was worried I’d end up having to disassemble down the line. It would have definitely benefitted from photos (not drawings) and even better if there were step by step assembly videos.Once together, it’s a quality piece of equipment. Sturdy. And I’m looking forward to adding it into my exercise routine.Would definitely recommend.

This rower exceeded my expectations! Easy to assemble, quiet operation, the seat is comfortable, and the resistance is adjustable to suit different workout levels. Highly recommend!
