Nice Little Monitor - Works with Windows 11 !
Cheap little monitor exceeded my expectations. The screen is very bright and crisp. It has a very high PPI - probably higher than your computer or laptop monitor which may cause complications if you're using it as a secondary monitor, as the interface scaling will appear different - so be aware of that. Because of the unusual aspect ratio of the monitor, you cannot properly downscale the resolution in windows Display Settings. However you can downscale it in the NVIDIA or GFORCE graphics settings from your video card. For example you can set a custom resolution of 960x360 to make everything appear twice as large on the monitor, at the expense of image quality obviously. There are robust display options to adjust the brightness and color levels to match your other monitors. It comes in a metal case with VESA mounting points, and comes with a little stand. The mini HDMI and USB C ports are on the side, so you may want to get right angle cables to connect to them depending on how you plan on using/mounting the monitor. The included cables are 1 meter long. There are 2 USB C ports, you can use one USB C for data and one for power. They are interchangeable. My computer doesn't support thunderbolt USB C monitors so I didn't test that.Measured with a USB Power meter, the monitor draws about .56A at full brightness, which is why it may not work properly on a regular USB 2.0 port which is limited to .5A output (the USB 2.0 standard). However I found the max brightness setting to be too bright for anything except using it in direct sunlight - at a brightness level appropriate for indoor use the power draw is about .25A ~ .4A. It does not have a DC barrel jack power input - only USB C.Windows 11 does not make it clear on how to set up this touch screen as a secondary monitor. By default the touch inputs from this monitor will be directed to your primary display. You have to go to "Control Panel" (NOT "SETTINGS") - Hardware and Sound - Tablet PC Settings. Then it lets you set which display the touchscreen gets coupled to. And the touch is good quality, capacitive so it responds well to finger touches and is pretty accurate, just like using a phone or ipad. I use TouchMouseTools utility (not free) to make the touch screen not move the mouse curser and makes it more usable as a secondary monitor and it works great.Overall a great bang for the buck. I use it mostly for flight sim control panels and it works great. Can't even find this type of monitor cheaper direct from China. The documentation is not very robust, so hopefully this review helps you out with some of the details.

First one was defective but great customer service ensured I got a working one
ORIGINAL REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM.EDIT #3: So after the company reached out to me, I received a replacement quickly in just two days. I hooked everything up exactly the same and now it’s been working as it should. The first one I got was most definitely defective and that can happen with any product. I’m just overall really surprised by the great customer service from the seller to ensure I was happy. You don’t really see companies take care of their customers like this nowadays and for them to reach out and offer a replacement several months after purchase was surprising. Definitely recommend this now. You don’t have to worry about receiving a defective product with their great customer service to ensure you’re happy.EDIT #2: The company has reached out to me and has offered to send a new replacement, even after 5 months after purchase which was unexpected. I will edit the review again once I receive the new monitor and test it out again.EDIT #1: Troubleshooting on the next day, now it doesn’t work at all when re-plugging it in.All my cables are new with proper specs and connected tight. I mean, it worked fine for an hour so it shouldn’t be the cables. If you want to take the risk of wasting time and money on this, go ahead but I definitely don’t recommend it. I’m already out of the return period so I’m out of luck on that.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The monitor was fine for the hour or so that it worked. Using it just as an extra monitor for my PC, it looked great with nice clarity. But it all of sudden didn’t get any display. I’m using USB-C for power and HDMI for video signal. When I connect it, it shows a display for 1-2 seconds then disappears. I can still see the backlight on but no signal. If I disconnect and reconnect the USB-C it shows my display again for 1-2 seconds and disappears again.

Really sharp, right-sized touchscreen. Steal at this price.
I really like this small screen. With a 2.66 aspect ratio and 1920x720 pixels, it is super sharp.I have used it both a USB-Only and the HDMI+USB configurations. I have it set up as a 3rd monitor for giving me control of my server control panels and video and music players. The touchscreen works well, and overall the controls were good.I purchased 180deg jacks to move the jacks from the side to around the back for a cleaner installation.Pros:Sharp pictureBrightMany picture control options. It has two configs and a user setting.Menu initiated with a button, but can be controlled via the touchscreenVESA 75 and standard 1/4" camera mounting (allows for easy arm connection)Comes with cables. The price for what you get is really amazing.Cons:Speakers leave a lot to be desired. They do work, but meh.I tried out the HDR setting on Windows 11 and it sorta worked, but I think the picture is better in SDR.Headphone jack is on the opposite side from the video/usb ports. I didn't need it.Cables were a little short for my setup, but should work for most.Notes: When hooking up both USB3 and HDMI for video, the mouse function will fall back to the USB-Only, so the HDMI becomes a video only. Not unexpected. You can set up the Touchscreen functions using the Tablet Settings under Windows 10 and 11. Setup will white out all screens and prompt for touch. Hit enter until the prompt cycles onto the touchscreen, then tap the screen. No other calibration was needed.
