I honestly was very sceptical about the benefits of using this but as someone that’s been heavily into the gym & fitness for well over 30 years I can say that this bracelet makes a difference in the quality of my balance when I weight train & after a horrendous shoulder issue/osteoarthritis this definitely has helped & continues to aid my rehabilitation to full mobility.

The balance test as per YouTube videos available are amazing and wearing this wrist band reproduces the same result. The negative ions also emitted by this wrist band are a known fact to make us feel more positive / wellbeing. The hologram vibrates at the Schumann Resonance which is 7.8Hz same frequency as the Earth and is what the human being is meant to vibrate at. With all the other frequencies surrounding us like microwave Wi-Fi and radio waves could theses this affect our health negatively (Google Barrie Trower to find out more)? Maybe this wristband helps dilute this interference meaning possible better health?
