Hands down the most effective whitner! I slept with it in even though you’re not supposed to and my teeth were the whitest they’ve ever been! My teeth were a bit sensitive the next day but it went away pretty quickly. I used toothpaste formulated for sensitive teeth and waited 3-4 days between whitening sessions. Unless your teeth are particularly sensitive I really recommend trying this method!
