An almost perfect alternative to the base rack that came with my NN-CT56JB, but it's ever so slightly smaller and the feet do not sit perfectly in the tray the original rack sits in. It's easy enough to just place it on the tray so it's not a big deal, but a slight annoyance. The way the feet sit upwards also means that it won't be possible to play the tray on top of this rack, but the original is still fine for that.

Dual height rack is a great improvement on the original. Avoids over grilling of more “sensitive” items. Needed slight “tweaking” of the feet to ensure perfect fit to tray, but easily adjusted with fingers. Would definitely recommend.

After the feet on our turntable wore through, I tried to order spares from Panasonic-what an absolute waste of time and money! Despite supplying all relevant details, they sent me feet for the actual oven at a cost of nearly £10, including p & p (for an envelope and contents that should have been normal letter postal rate. To return them would have incurred further cost, with no guarantee replacements would be the correct ones. I decided to cut my losses and ordered this product instead.Great innovation but need care not to catch the upper legs when removing dishes. As I said to my wife, if she didn't like it I could cut one set of legs off and use the 3 feet on an existing different height rack. I haven't had to do that yet but would be a simple job if necessary.

To use combination or convection settings effectively you need to be able to use different height setting of the food from the grill.It can reheat quiches, with crisp pastery

The feet do degrade. Be careful, as the Microwave sparks with the exposed metal.

I bought this to replace the original supplied by the manufacturer of my microwave. The original is only one tier and I found it to high when grilling food. This has two levels and they are much better for different foods.

Better than the Panasonic rack which is too high and too near the grill for general oven cooking. Only need the short legs, cut the long legs off as they get in the way of baking trays.
