High quality vitamins that's why higher priced. They helped me with stress and hair thinning when combined with immortals oil (topical application) 2x a week with a scalp massage. And taking these b vitamins daily with a meal. Do not consume vitamins on a empty stomach. Highly recommended to pay more for these than solgar or other brands, I tried many others and this brand really has better quality simply due to priority and being hypoallergenic.
