Fantastic arch supports
I love these inserts. They support my arch and relieve pressure on the balls of my feet.

Best insoles I've found on Amazon
I've tried 5 different insoles in the past few months from Amazon and one from a Facebook ad. These are the best I've tried.I'm 6'0" and heavy at 320lbs and flat footed with a a size 15 foot. The cushwork largest size is 14.5 but it fits my foot with a little room to spare and they go in my shoes perfectly. I've tried this model (grey/silver) and another cushwork model that's red in color. The grey/silver is most comfortable to me I believe because I'm flat footed, if I had an arch at all I think the red would be best. I like both the cushwork insoles I have I just wish they explained the difference in the models better in their descriptions. The red has a taller more pronounced ball in the middle of the insole the grey is lower and not as pronounced. Would buy again and have already added another pair to my cart. I put the red pair in my schnee Beartooth boots and that made a world of difference. They soaked up some of the extra space which prevented blisters on my toes from walking downhill on steep inclines and provided a ton more cushion than the factory insoles. It was a night and day difference from the first couple hikes I did with the factory insoles and the last few I've done with the cushworks. The other insoles I bought were:Superfeet at about $65 after tax and they are super thin and not much different than factory insoles the heel cup is solid and has a little arch support but not worth $65.Kinetic insoles, saw these on a FB ad and bought them they are trash don't remember what I paid I think it was $39 plus shipping and tax for 2 pair. Ordered them because they had actual size 15's which are hard to find. I think these said size 12-15 but they're a 14 max had a whole toe longer than the insole and they're thin no cushion just like a factory insoles would not buy again.Neupu insoles from Amazon I bought I think their max size was 14.5 and they are true to size. I wish they made 15s but the cushworks are still more comfortable with the neupu being a close 2nd. I was able to use them in my hey dudes which claim to be a size 15 but fit like a 14-14.5. if I found them in a 15 I would buy again to try in my work shoes.FeelLife I can't remember if these were 15s or more 14.5s but they're ok at best I put them in my work shoes and they are slightly better than factory, but if I had to actually walk all day on concrete instead of 4-5 hrs I wouldn't make it. I wouldn't buy another pair. They don't seem wide enough but they do fit and give a little cushion.

Pleasantly surprised, comfortable.
Really like these orthotics. I have been wearing a more expensive brand for years. Like these much better. Ordered another pair. I have plantar fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma in both feet. The only thing that would change to 5 stars is maybe more cushion, but not sure if that is even possible without affecting the way the shoe would fit. I definitely recommend giving these a try. You might be pleasantly surprised, as I was.

Lasted 10 days only!
Bought these for pain. Were doing a good job of that but after 10 days the material in the product was wearing down and causing pain! The arch support works but the material that supports toes is wearing down badly. If they could fix that then this would be a great product

So-so experience with metatarsalgia
I developed metatarsalgia in one foot after some screwy insoles. A podiatrist diagnosed me, gave me a temporary adhesive metatarsal pad and then recommended I purchase a supportive insole for future activity, so I bought these. These are well constructed, nice durable rigid sole on most of the insole as was recommended. And while they did sort of relieve the pain, the metatarsal pad in the 12-12.5 size I bought is set too low. It's much lower than the temporary metatarsal pad the podiatrist placed on my feet and much more awkward. So as a result it feels like walking on an egg, which feels slightly better than metatarsalgia but is really awkward and led to a change in my gait that was creating some significant cramping in my calves. After a few days of this I switched to a regular supportive insole and everything felt just tremendously better than these insoles. While well made, I wonder if the design of the larger 12-12.5 size wasn't scaled up properly from the smaller size ones and the metatarsal bump wasn't properly positioned.

Very good quality
I was having severe pain in the ball of my foot just under the 3rd and 4th toes so I looked up what could cause this and found a condition called Morton's Neuroma. Since I walk 4-5 miles every day and love to hike I wanted to find a solution to this pain as it was interfering with my daily life. I found these inserts and now have them in all of my walking shoes. They come in a couple of types and I think the gray ones are better suited for me. They are a good price considering the quality which I find is better than what you find at the drugstore. If you are having foot pain I think they are worth trying because they have made a huge difference for me. I also found the size to be perfect for my shoes. I wear a size 9 and ordered size D. I have 3 pair.
