OutwellCollaps Kettle - Black, 1.5 L

Been looking to get the black one for some time and very happy to have found it on Amazon. Does not seem to be available in most camping/caravan shops

I bought this for a 12-week tour of mediterranean islands. Space was at a premium, so this collapsible option looked like a great idea. Unfortunately it lasted something like one week, when a crack appeared in the black silicone. As I was in Corsica at the time, I had no option but to throw it away. Very unlikely I will buy anything by this manufacturer again.

Haven't used it yet but perfect space saver for my motorhome.

Ich habe diesen faltbaren Kessel für die Nutzung in meinem Wohnmobil gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit Qualität und Funktion. Das einzige, was man vielleicht etwas bemängeln könnte: es gibt kein akustisches Signal, wenn das Wasser im Kessel kocht. Hier muss man eben etwas aufpassen. Ansonsten klasse !

Toller Kessel, schön klein und praktisch zu verstauen, wenn man unterwegs ist. Er wirkt sehr stabil. Das Einzige, was uns etwas stört, ist, dass das Silikon ein bisschen riecht. Vielleicht wird das ja noch besser. Für Kaffee reicht es aber, nicht mehr Wasser als bis zum Beginn des Silikons einzugießen (ca. 700 ml). Dann ist der Geruch/Geschmack kein Problem.

Ist stabil, leicht aus- und wieder einklappbar, hält was es verspricht. Wir haben ihn auf einem Gaskocher betrieben. Griff wird nicht heiß, nur mit dem Wasserdampf beim Ausgießen muss man ein wenig achtgeben. Die Gießöffnung ist auch nicht sehr groß, da muss man ein wenig langsam machen. Trotzdem bin ich begeistert davon. Zu empfehlen!
