Had this product applied to my hair at a local barber shop. I was amazed at the hold and finish. The smell was amazing also. Over the years I have used tons of hair products and never really found one that I really liked until this one. I saw the company had produced some new products and called the company with a few questions and the customer service I received for top notch. Can't recommend the company and the product enough!!

This is my second Immortal NYC purchase and their products are great. This one is exactly as advertised and smells great.

First time ordering this and it works great!. I have coarse gray hair which makes it difficult to control. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up. The only problem is the smell. It lingers a little to long which conflicts with my cologne. If you could tone down the smell to fade a little sooner would be a plus. but that is only my preference not a NEGATIVE statement. Washes out very easily just like Reusel. Would order again.

Great hold and matte finish look with low shine as long as ylu dont use alot. Smells excellent

label is misleading. if you want a matte look with no shine, this is not it. this gives off a wet look and barely holds my bangs up

This product gives off a waxy feeling when applying it on your hands which is not a great start when the product states it a "matte clay paste".Made my hair look oily and shiny when it states "no shine".Hold was really awful.
