These are small and easy to swallow. Good quality. Puts my stomach at ease

I have hereditary high cholesterol and am allergic to statins. There’s only so much you can do with diet and exercise, but my level are still much too high. I started taking one of these supplements a day and recently had blood work done. My cholesterol is down 50 points in 3 months! Definitely check with your doctor before taking this, but, yeah, the results are really good.

I really was looking for a cheaper option than the other vitamin K complex called K Konplex which is a very good supplement but just too pricey for me. At the end of the day this does the job very well and I take it with my D3 for obvious reasons. This is really good quality Vitamin K complex and my experience with life extension’s other supplements have always been good. I definitely recommend taking this with your other vitamins and supplements especially D3 for absorption purposes to stop calcification in your vascular system and because this in general fights any calcium plaque build up in your vascular system. Great stuff. Good price.
