It was easy enough to put on the buggy, and easy to take on and off once it’s installed. It also comes with a strap to lift it up and out of the way when not in use (if you don’t want to take it off). Feels really sturdy and it’s easy to walk without kicking into it.

the conection belts are getting loose till they come off, i'm still trying to find a way to secure them.....any ideas? other than that fast delivery, the product wasnt damaged and my kid loves the rides....

There were no connectors in the box. I cannot find a way to email customer service.
