But it was a treat to try this high-quality freeze-dried powder, and I know some health-conscious athletes who would love to have this on a regular basis.

I tried the raspberry flavor and I knew I just had to try the blueberry flavor. I must say its equally delicious! This power works perfectly in smoothies and I found that it actually works great for baking too! The product has a vibrant color of fresh berries. Whether I'm blending it into smoothies, mixing it into pancake batter, or flavoring yogurt, the intense berry flavor shines through in every dish.

This product shipped quickly and was well-packaged. This product seems very high quality, but there were a few odd discrepancies I noticed. The description states blueberries and bilberries for some reason, but no bilberries are listed on the ingredients. The trivia on the back also included some information on the Native Americans, but the blueberries are from Croatia. Not a big deal, just a bit odd. The freeze-dried blueberry powder does consistently looks and tastes high quality. I didn't notice anything but the blueberry fruits themselves in the mix. The price point seems a bit high, but they're organic, fairly non-perishable, and somewhat concentrated in this format. I had no issues with this product.

As described, this product is powdered blueberry - and the color and flavor profile is very high. Made a great addition to yogurt, and I plan to use this for adding even more pop to blueberry muffins. Be careful with this as it will certainly stain clothing if you get a bit of the concentrated powder, or a powder-liquid mix onto your clothes/towels.I'm not sure how exactly this is produced, but it definitely seems like the real deal. Recommended for the flavor and enhanced color this provides.Price-wise, I will watch for sale or discount offer before jumping at another purchase, but quality and taste-wise, it's a winner.

Added this to my plain yogurt. Throw in some granola and you have a wonderful snack. Since this is freeze dried powder it goes further. Powder is also handy in baking if you are avoiding moisture but want a strong berry flavor. It is kind of pricey but it can be used right away in so many things where whole berries might limit your uses.

This blueberry powder is good quality and very fresh. I sprinkled some of the blueberry powder on my tongue and it tastes amazing! This tastes just like when I went wild blueberry picking last summer so they were obviously picked at the peak of the season. It is in a nice foil lined mylar type bag that reseals tightly with a zipper pouch to keep the powder fresh and also keep the powder from spilling everywhere.

A spoonful of this powder adds a luscious blueberry flavor to a smoothie when fresh or frozen berries aren't available. It is quite expensive but so are blueberries so that's to be expected. I did have a slight issue with it clumping to the side of the jar rather than dissolving completely but that was easily resolved with an extra stir. Blueberries are packed with antioxidants so its good to work them into your diet whatever way you can.
