So convenient

Update
After jumping thru hoops trying to match up with the opener I got it to go up and down but always having to use the full code every time. I would install the one number close feature and it would only work 1 cycle. Went back to a complete factory reset twice with the same results. I am keeping it because my old one doesn't work at all. I'll use just for emergency use. I purchased some small key fob units from amazon at 3 for $11.00 that work great and install in seconds. Just carry one in my pocket while walking and put another on my mower key ring. Also the battery was dead when it arrived. I should have paid more attention to the ratings before buying.UPDATE--Changed my rating to 4 stars after customer service contacted me two times to make the situation right and all unsolicited. Very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you

works as described
I have an older genie garage door with dip switch technology. For the price i figured why not try it and so far I'm impressed. The programming was very straight forward and i got it on one try. One suggestion is program it close to the main unit so you avoid any issues with distance. So far so good, happy with the purchase.

It is easy to install and program. Now even though I do not have the remote, I can open the garage with the code. It works very good and fast responding! Worth the money!
