Great product and well packed for delivery. Each pack has two pieces of koji of about 100g each and works well making shio koji.

Used this Koji to make some marinade for our Prime Rib a couple Christmases ago. It turned out phenomenally! You just put this into some water and it makes Shio Koki after you leave it out for 10 days...then you can refrigerate and marinate your veggies or meats and it totally transforms whatever you put it on!

The price is expensive.

Very easy to use. Just mix into cooked beans. Use a lot of salt for miso ferment a year or more. I use food grade plastic bucket. No air lock Needed.
