Actually works! Tasty and effective, but pricey and not dairy-free
Out of all the lactation supplements I’ve tried — including teas (which didn’t help and tasted awful) — this cookie mix has worked the best for boosting my milk supply. It tastes like a regular oat chocolate chip cookie, which is a nice bonus when you’re running low on energy. That said, I had to stop using it once I was put on a dairy-free diet due to breastfeeding, since the chocolate chips contain milk (unless you’re willing to pick out every single chip!). It’s a shame there’s no dairy-free version, because the effect on my supply was genuinely noticeable. It’s quite expensive for what it is — I believe it’s originally from the US and retails around $15, so the price here likely reflects shipping/import costs. But if you’re okay with the ingredients and the cost, it’s definitely worth trying. I put matcha powder in to make it more like a matcha cookie.

Taste good.
Taste good, but didn't see any change. Maybe I needed more. Who knows.

Gimmick.
I don't actually believe these actually increase breast milk volume as removal of milk is the most effective way to increase supply. I bought these with my 1st baby and although they do taste great, and they're easy to bake I wouldn't say they're good value for money.Don't fall into the trap like I did. To increase milk supply bring the baby to the breast more! I know this now.

It’s a waste of money
I didn’t see improvement, just wasted my money

Did the trick
The husband made these, he said the recipe was easy to follow and the outcome was to be expected... I on the other hand.. aye then... And they were delicious
