My Dell came with only 16GB and was running at 70% capacity at times based upon my usage. The mother board came with two slots, so it was an easy decision to toss in another stick of RAM. If your new to computer memory upgrade, please ensure you are buying identical pieces which will save you some headaches. My computer came with this exact piece, so it was a safe bet. I'm now running at 25% capacity with the same usage, nice!

I've had these for about four months and my computer has been acting up! I frequently run into problems with the memory and my computer will CRASH! These sticks are the only ram inside my computer and they're clearly defective. BE WARY. "The instruction at 0x000007FFF727C8DF6 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program"

Decided to increase my RAM since I have been doing some video editing and 16gb was on the edge. This Samsung RAM is identical to what Dell had installed in my I7 13700 and it it is working flawlessly. I could have gone cheaper with some other brands and would probably have been fine but wanted to stick with the same vendor as the factory did.

This shipped quickly (note to Canadian buyers that this shipped from the US, but there were no issues in January 2024). The delivered product matched exactly what I wanted and the description online. No installation instructions, but installation is straightforward and you can find instructions online (there are lots of instructions on youtube).
