This supplement is really good. It's not just a generic vitamin D supplement, it has all the necessary co-factors to really optimise the Vitamin D that it contains. I tolerate this supplement very well, it's fairly priced and there's nothing bad that I can say about it.

I ordered these as a Vitamin supplement of D-3 & K-2 was recommended by my dentist after a procedure to help strengthen my bone. This product seems to fulfil my needs. The CalGo® product that is referred to in the description is a natural marine collagenic bone powder designed to support cartilage function and joint health and can be used in tablets, powders, and other formats. Studies have shown its unique ability to help increase bone density and new bone deposition. It also contains vitamin D3 and K2 (MK-7), zinc, manganese, magnesium, all contributing to healthy bone regeneration. The only reservation I have is the daily recommended dosage having to take four capsules a day which seems a lot. At this rate, 120 capsules equate to just one month supply and at £16.99 at the time of writing this review, it ends up working out quite expensive if needed over a long period of time.

I’m taking these now as another well known brand has stopped their version. I take two a day. May I say, my view is that you have to take your bone density into your own hands and address those issues, sooner rather than later. As a species (that sounds good!) we cannot rely on the delivery of calcium via agriculture anymore, indeed not since 1910. As we basically work the soil to hard and it’s a depleted growing medium, augmented by urea etc to help plants grow faster. So we have to seek out supplemental calcium. The more Co factors that are taken in conjunction, the better the bone matrix you will produce.

Has helped heal a fractured arm

I looked at these after suffering a random slight ankle sprain, as these tablets could potentially help with bone strength and healing. You get 120 capsules in the bottle which sounds like a good supply until you read the recommended dosage – which is four tablets a day. There isn’t much more information as to can you take four at once, or split the dosage up during the day – just to take with food. These are average sized tablets but I didn’t get any unpleasant aftertaste when putting into my mouth. Tablets are stated to contain collagen, Vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, zinc and calcium. Based on the recommended dosage you effectively get a 30-day supply which is disappointing. Gluten free, but not suitable for vegans.

Shame. This supplement seems to have a great mix of ingredients and I was hoping they would help strengthen my bones & teeth but unfortunately they gave me terrible stomach cramps. I stopped taking them for a couple of days and then started again on half the dose but the same result. Glad they work for others but unfortunately not for me.

Lots of good things to say about the seller Time Health, and this supplement in particular. BUT first the bad news. Yet another supplement seller weaselling out from giving honest information on the required dosage and therefore on the price. Time Health headlines the 120 capsules on offer at the current price of £16.99. To find out that to get the recommended dose the buyer must consume 4 caps daily, we have to check the back of the bottle. So the caps will only last 1 month instead of the 4 s/he might have imagined. The good news: for people like me who are concerned for their bone health and/or would like to swallow fewer pills, the mix of ingredients sounds promising: Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, K2, Zinc & Collagen. In fact, it makes more sense to consume collagen as a powder, if you can find a way to include it reliably in your daily diet. For a long time I succeeded in this, adding 2 tsps collagen to other health-promoting ingredients in the "fritters" I made and ate daily. But recently this custom has fallen out of my life, so the addition of collagen to these capsules is welcome. I agree with a previous reviewer that given these multiple ingredients which may well overlap with those in other supplements we are taking, it is necessary to assess whether we might be over-dosing. However, I plan to take only 1 capsule daily, thus eking out my supply, motivating myself to eat a healthy diet, and reducing the risk. I am delighted to read that these caps are produced and tested in the UK. The best before date is currently the end of February 2027, so even taking only one capsule a day I have plenty of time to use them up. We are warned that they contain fish, so not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
