This banner is superrr cute! They do look like actual bubbles, but I did have to tweak it a little, as my party was not sea themed. My son’s party theme was just “bubbles”, so I cut off the little fish from the banner. The banner looked great in front of a baby blue backdrop. We used a cloth backdrop & just put tape to hold the banner on there. It stayed put for like 3 days after the party, barely fell off today lol

Bubbles worked great for birthday party. Placed over ocean themed backdrop and looked really fun. Came in two strands to form banner. Would have liked a longer string to hang but made it work.
